Someone please post a link about this "Jack" guy. I've heard bits and peices about him.

If his hole speal is about violent video games make bad people. Well I'll say this. No Jack, violent games do not make violent people. Most of the time its the parents fault for not taking the time to tell thier kids "this is not real, this is NOT reality, it is make-believe. You blow someones head off, either A: you will go to jail and serve time and or B: you will DIE...NO GAME OVER, THATS IT, NO RESET, NO NOTHING. Unless GOD miracously brings you back to life, your through. Also it depends on every individual person. No one is the same. I like hunting deer, another person though will think thats a horrible act and that I'm evil, to another person its a good hobbie. I do not like the action of killing the animal, far from it. I hunt the animal and use the meat to feed myself, family and friends, I leave the remains aka the guts and what not in the wild to feed other animals, thus the circle of life as it were in simpler times.

As for games, I like violent games, take Americas Army for instance. In this game you kill the enemy. Or complete objectives. Again I don't agree with killing but I know the difference between real life and a video game. That is where most people go wrong, they forget what is reality and what is not.

Personally I'd like to see the Age law of 12 + be put in effect. If its rated 13+ then you must have an adult / gardian buy this game for you. Therefore putting the responsibility on them for buying you such a violent game.
