Chapter 4
- What do you want to say?? - I made my response with a smile, too.
- Let’s go out.
- Okay. - I closed my books, stood up, and followed him.
He bowed then went out. Right after, the boys discussed and so did the girls, but their topics were different. The girls’ was about how handsome L.Joe is, how sweet L.Joe is, how polite L.Joe is, bla…bla…bla… And the boys’ was about jealous felling, how to keep their girlfriends….. But that scene was really funny.
We went to an old tree in my school yard. He said me to sit down, and then he lied on the grass, his head on my thighs. I burst out laughing, put my arm across his chest. He closed his eyes, smiled satisfiedy.
- Why do you smile like that?
- Nothing. - He held my hand and stroked it gently - I just wanted to do this with the one I love.
- You will do it in the future, I’m sure. - I smiled.
- But I did it today. Just earlier.
- Really? - I surprised - Who took this?
- You’re babo. - He looked at me - I’m doing it for you, now. And you are the one I love, ChanHee prince.
He sat up and looked at me.
- Would you like to be my lover?
So lucky, the bell rang. I immediately pushed him away.
- Let me have time.
I was just about to go when he held my wrist, looked at me with hopeful eyes:
- Then answer me tomorrow, or after school today?
- I don’t know about it.
Then I went away. All that morning, I couldn’t focus on studying, always thought about his talk, his face, looked at the sky and like a dumbfounded person. I didn’t remember what happened after that, but the only thing I still remember that when I told him about my decision the next day, he was really happy, grinned like a kid and asked me if it was true. Then he lifted me up and turned around.
