My iPod has gone all Political
There I was on the bus home tonight listening to my iPod as I do. Thanks to recently indulging in some "technical alterations" on my PC (aka "buggering it up") my iPod has a lot of Aerosmith on it and not much else, and thus it was that as the bus drove past the Royal Bank of Scotland building, I had Steve Tyler screaming in my ears to "EAT THE RICH!"
Well I thought it was amusing.
ION: I have been nominated for an award under my company's "High Performers" scheme - not unlike an "Engineer of the Year" thing. It came as one hell of a surprise to see my name in the company newsletter among the other 14 nominees, some of whom I actually know (and tbh if I were to win and they didn't I would demand a recount as those guys are incredible at what they do).
