Former Ukrainian Prime Minister and current opposition leader of Ukraine, Mrs. Yulia Tymoshenko, will visit Israel from 14th-16th of January 2007. Mrs. Tymoshnko was one of the leaders of the Orange Revolution and is considered to be the leading runner up for the upcoming presidential election.
During Mrs. Tymoshenko's trip she will meet Israeli ministers, leading politicians, and public figures. She will visit "Yad Va’Shem" holocaust memorial and tour the old city of Jerusalem accompanies by the Greek orthodox patriarch of Jerusalem.
On Tuesday, the 16th of January, at 12:00 pm, a press conference by Mrs. Timoshenko will be held at the David Citadel Hotel in Jerusalem.
