In connection with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, the
following changes have been published in Timatic:
MACAO (SAR CHINA) - published 29.02.2020
1. Visitors who reside or have been in the Hubei Province (Chine People's Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Macao (SAR China) unless they prove with a valid certificate that they are not infected with the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
2. Passengers with a Macao (SAR China) passport and those residing in Macao (SAR China) who have been in the Hubei Province (Chine People's Rep.) in the past 14 days must fill-in a Health Declaration Form.
3. Passengers who have been in Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) will be subject to quarantine for 14 days.
MADAGASCAR - published 29.02.2020
Passengers and airline crew who have transited through or have been in China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy, Korea Rep. in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Madagascar.
MALAYSIA - published 06.03.2020
1. Passengers and airline crew who have been in the Hubei, Zhejiang or Jiangsu Provinces (China People's Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Malaysia.
- This does not apply to nationals of Malaysia and passengers who reside in Malaysia.
2. Passengers and airline crew who have been in Daegu and Cheongdo in Korea (Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Malaysia.
- This does not apply to nationals of Malaysia and passengers who reside in Malaysia.
3. Passengers who have been in Lombardy, Veneto or Emilia-Romagna in Italy in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit and enter Malaysia.

MALDIVES - published 09.03.2020
1. Passengers and airline crew who have been in China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy or in North Gyeongsang and South Gyeongsang Provinces in Korea (Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter the Maldives.
- This does not apply to nationals of Maldives.
- This does not apply to spouses of Maldives.
2. A completed "Health Declaration Card" and an "Immigration Arrival Card" must be presented upon arrival.

2.Nationals of Mauritius and residents of Mauritius who have been in China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.) or Macao (SAR China) in the past 14 days will be placed in quarantine.
MICRONESIA (FEDERATED STATES) - published 24.02.2020
1. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.) on or after 6 January 2020, are not allowed to enter Micronesia (Federated States).
- This does not apply to airline crew.
2. Passengers who have been in a country with confirmed cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19), other than China (People's Rep.), are not allowed to enter Micronesia (Federated States). They must have stayed in Guam, Hawaii or another country with no confirmed cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) for a period of minimum 14 days before entering Micronesia (Federated States).

MONGOLIA - published 01.03.2020
1. Passengers who reside or have been in the China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong (SAR China) or Macao (SAR China) in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Mongolia.

2. Passengers who have been in Iran, Italy, Japan or Korea (Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Mongolia.

MYANMAR - published 06.02.2020
1. Nationals of China (People's Rep.) traveling to Myanmar can no longer obtain a visa on arrival.
2. Passengers arriving from China (People's Rep.) on any Chinese airline can no longer obtain a visa on arrival.
NAURU - published 07.03.2020
1. Passengers who have transited through or have been in China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.) or Macao (SAR China) in the past 21 days will not be allowed to enter Nauru.
2. Passengers must complete a Health Declaration Card and submit it to the Health Personnel when arriving in Nauru. They will undergo health screening before entering Nauru.
NEPAL - published 09.03.2020
Effective 10 March 2020:
1. Nationals of China (People's Rep.), France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.) or Spain can no longer obtain a visa on arrival. They must obtain a visa before departure and have a medical certificate proving they are free from Coronavirus (COVID-19). They are only allowed to enter Nepal if arriving at Kathmandu (KTM).
2. Passengers with a Hong Kong (SAR China) passport can no longer obtain a visa on arrival. They must obtain a visa before departure and have a medical certificate proving they are free from Coronavirus (COVID-19). They are only allowed to enter Nepal if arriving at Kathmandu (KTM).

NEW CALEDONIA - published 25.02.2020
Passengers and airline crew transiting through or arriving in New Caledonia must fill-in a health declaration form. They will be allowed to transit or enter New Caledonia after a medical clearance and passport check done by the Border Force.
NEW ZEALAND - published 03.03.2020
1. Passengers who have transited through or have been in China (People's Rep.) or Iran in the past 14 days, will not be allowed to transit or enter New Zealand.
- This does not apply to nationals of Australia and New Zealand and their immediate family members.
- This does not apply to passengers who reside in New Zealand.
2. Passengers who have been in Italy (Emilia-Romagna, Lombardy and Veneto regions) or Korea (Rep.) in the past 14 days are required to self-isolate for a period of 14 days. They must fill-in a health registration form on arrival.
- This does not apply to airline crew if they use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
3. For nationals of Australia and New Zealand and their immediate family members, who have transited through or have been in China (People's Rep.) or Iran in the past 14 days, carrier must contact immigration border operations before boarding the passenger.
4. For permanent residents of New Zealand and their immediate family members, who have transited through or have been in China (People's Rep.) or Iran in the past 14 days, carrier must contact immigration border operations before boarding the passenger.
NIUE - published 19.02.2020
Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.) in the past 30 days are not allowed to enter Niue. This does not apply if they have stayed in a country with no confirmed cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) for a period of minimum 14 days before entering Niue. They must have an official medical clearance undertaken within 3 days prior to arrival in Niue.
OMAN - published 08.03.2020
1. Nationals of China (People's Rep.), Iran and Italy are not allowed to enter Oman.
- This does not apply to nationals of China (People's Rep.), Iran and Italy with a Resident Visa issued by Oman.
2. Nationals of Oman are allowed to enter with a national ID card if they used the card when they departed from Oman.
3. Nationals of Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates are no longer allowed to enter the Oman with a national ID card, they must have a passport.
4. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Oman.
5. Passengers who have been in Egypt in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Oman.

-This does not apply to nationals of Egypt with a Resident Visa issued by Oman. Passengers must also hold a medical examination (PCR) confirming that they are free of Coronavirus (COVID-19). 6. Passengers arriving from Japan or Singapore will be subject to quarantine for a minimum of 14 days.

PALAU - published 06.02.2020
Passengers who have transited through or have been in China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China) or Macao (SAR China) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Palau.
PANAMA - published 21.02.2020
Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.) in the past 30 days must fill-in the "Affidavit of the Traveler" given by the immigration officer.
PAPUA NEW GUINEA - published 17.02.2020
Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Papua New Guinea. They must have spent 14 consecutive days in a country that is free from Coronavirus (COVID-19).
PARAGUAY - published 09.03.2020
Visas issued to nationals of China (People’s Rep.) are invalidated.
PHILIPPINES - published 28.02.2020
1. Passengers who have transited through or have been in China (People’s Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China) or Macao (SAR China) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter the Philippines.
- This does not apply to nationals of the Philippines. They will be required to self-isolate for a period of 14 days from their arrival into the Philippines.
- This does not apply to spouses or children of nationals of the Philippines. They will be required to self-isolate for a period of 14 days from their arrival into the Philippines.
- This does not apply to permanent residents of the Philippines. They will be required to self-isolate for a period of 14 days from their arrival into the Philippines.
2.Passengers who have transited through or have been in the North Gyeongsang Province (including Daegu and Cheongdo Country) of Korea (Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter the Philippines.

POLAND - published 25.02.2020
1. Passengers and airline crew arriving directly or indirectly from China (People’s Rep), Hong Kong (SAR China), Italy, Korea (Rep.) or Macao (SAR China) must fill-in the "health part" of the general declaration form provided by the cabin crew. The forms must be submitted to the Public Health Authorities at point of entry.
2. Passengers and airline crew on board of a flight where even one passenger is traveling directly or indirectly from China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Italy, Korea (Rep.) or Macao (SAR China) must fill-in the "health part" of the general declaration form provided by the cabin crew. The forms must be submitted to the Public Health Authorities at point of entry.
QATAR - published 09.03.2020
1. Passengers who have been in Bangladesh, China (People's Rep.), Egypt, India, Iran, Iraq, Korea (Rep.), Lebanon, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Syria or Thailand in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Qatar.
2. Passengers who have been in Japan or Singapore in the past 14 days will be required to self-quarantine for 14 days.
ROMANIA - published 09.03.2020
1. Passengers who transited through or have been in China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) are not allowed to enter Romania.
This does not apply to nationals of Romania.
This does not apply to residents of Romania.
2. Nationals of Romania who transited through or have been in China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) in the last 14 days will be put into quarantine/self-isolation and must fill a declaration form.

RUSSIAN FED. - published 07.03.2020
1. Nationals of China (People's Rep.) are not allowed to enter Russian Fed.

2. Passengers with a Hong Kong (SAR China) or Macao (SAR China) passport are not allowed to enter Russian Fed.

5. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.) or Spain and are planning to stay in Moscow must report to the special hotline by phone. They must stay self-isolated in Moscow for a period of 14 days.
SAMOA - published 05.03.2020
1. All travelers, including returning residents entering Samoa, must have a medical certificate issued by a registered medical practitioner issued within 3 days before their arrival into Samoa.
2. Passengers who have transited through or have been in Bahrain, China (People’s Rep.), Chinese Taipei, France, Germany, Hong Kong (SAR China), Italy, Iran, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Kuwait, Macao (SAR China), Singapore, Spain or Thailand are not allowed to enter Samoa unless they have spent a period of 14 days in quarantine in a country that is free from Coronavirus (COVID-19).They must also have medical clearance in form of a medical certificate issued within 3 days before arrival. The medical certificate must also show proof of a COVID-19 test performed by a registered medical practitioner.
3. Passengers must have a medical certificate issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner within 3 days before their arrival into Samoa.
SAUDI ARABIA - published 09.03.2020
1. Passengers who have transited through or have been in Bahrain, China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Egypt, Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.), Kuwait, Lebanon, Macao (SAR China), Syria or United Arab Emirates in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Saudi Arabia.
- This does not apply to nationals of Saudi Arabia.
2. Nationals of the GCC countries are no longer allowed to enter Saudi Arabia with a national ID card. They must travel with their passport.
- This does not apply to nationals of Saudi Arabia who are allowed to enter with a national ID card if they used the card when they departed from Saudi Arabia.
3. Tourist visas issued to passengers traveling to Madinah (MED) are no longer accepted.
4. Tourist visas issued to passengers arriving from Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong (SAR China), India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea (Rep.), Lebanon, Macao (SAR China), Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Somalia, Syria, Thailand, Uzbekistan, Vietnam or Yemen and traveling to Dammam (DMM), Jeddah (JED) or Riyadh (RUH) are no longer accepted.
5. Passengers traveling for the purpose of Umrah or visiting the Prophet's mosque are not allowed to enter Saudi Arabia.
- This does not apply to nationals of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and United Arab Emirates with Hajj and Umrah permit, obtained through the website of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
6.Passengers who have transited through or are arriving from Bahrain, Kuwait and United Arab Emirates are allowed to enter Saudi Arabia in one of the following airports: Dammam (DMM), Jeddah (JED) and Riyadh (RUH).
7.Passengers who have transited through or are arriving from Egypt, must have a complete medical examination (PCR) confirming that they are free of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). It must be issued within 24 hours before boarding of the passenger by one of the laboratories specified and approved by the embassy of Saudi Arabia in Cairo.
-This does not apply to nationals of Saudi Arabia.
8. Airline crew will be subject to medical examination, if required.
9. Passengers must fill-in a "Health Declaration Form" before arriving in Saudi Arabia.
10. Based on the travel advisory restriction issued by Saudi Arabia Government, nationals of Saudi Arabia are not allowed to travel to Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Italy, Korea (Rep.), Kuwait, Lebanon, Syria or United Arab Emirates.
11. Border crossing on the causeway has been temporarily suspended due to coronavirus (COVID-19).
SEYCHELLES - published 26.02.2020
1. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.) or Macao (SAR China) in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Seychelles.
- This does not apply to nationals and residents of Seychelles.
2. Passengers residing in China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.) or Macao (SAR China) are not allowed to transit or enter Seychelles.
- This does not apply to nationals of Seychelles.
SIERRA LEONE - published 24.02.2020
Passengers who have transited through or have been in China (People's Rep.) in the past 14 days, will be subject to immediate quarantine.
SINGAPORE - published 05.03.2020
1. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.) in the last 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Singapore.
- This does not apply to residents of Singapore (Singapore Citizens/Permanent Residents or travelers holding a long-term pass (Work Pass, Student Pass, Dependent Pass, Long-term Visit Pass only) with final destination Singapore. If they have been in Hubei Province (China People's Rep.) in the last 14 days, they will be quarantined upon entry in Singapore. For the others, they will be issued Stay-Home-Notices (SHNs) upon entry in Singapore.
2. For work pass holders with travel history to mainland China in the last 14 days, they are allowed to enter Singapore subjected to the Ministry of Manpower’s (MOM) prior approval. They are required to show the MOM approval letter to airline staff upon check-in and before boarding.
3. Nationals of China (People's Rep.) with a passport issued in Hubei Province (China People's Rep.) are not allowed to transit or enter Singapore.
- This does not apply to residents of Singapore (Permanent Residents only) or travelers holding a long-term pass (Work Pass, Student Pass, Dependent Pass, Long-term Visit Pass only) with final destination Singapore. They will be quarantined upon entry in Singapore.
4. Passengers with an Approved Letter for Entry from the Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority will not be subject to the above restrictions. However, they may still be subjected to the prevailing health screening requirement upon arriving at Singapore airport. Possession of an Approved Letter for Entry does not guarantee the issuance of a Visit Pass to enter Singapore.
5. For nationals of China (People’s Rep) and Iran with a short or multiple term visa issued by Singapore, the visa has been suspended and is not valid for travel.
6. Passengers and crew members who were on the cruise ship "Diamond Princess" are not allowed to transit or enter Singapore from 19 February 2020 to 29 March 2020.
- This does not apply to nationals of Singapore, permanent residents of Singapore or long-term pass holders. They will be quarantined for 14 days upon arrival in Singapore.
7. Passengers who have been in Iran, Italy (Aosta Valley, Piedmont, Liguria, Lombardy, Emilia-Romagna, Veneto, Friuli-Venezia Giulia or Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol regions) or Korea (Rep.) in the last 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Singapore.
- This does not apply to residents of Singapore (Singapore Citizens/Permanent Residents or travelers holding a long-term pass (Work Pass, Student Pass, Dependent Pass, Long-term Visit Pass only). They will be issued a SHNs upon entry in Singapore.
- For work pass holders with travel history to Iran, northern Italy, or the Republic of Korea in the last 14 days, they are allowed to enter Singapore subjected to the MOM’s prior approval. They are required to show the MOM approval letter to airline staff upon check-in and before boarding. Upon entry, they will be issued SHNs.
SOLOMON ISL. - published 04.03.2020
1. Passengers who have transited through or have been in China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Macao (SAR China), Singapore or Thailand in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Solomon Isl.
2. Passengers who have transited through or have been in Afghanistan, Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Cambodia, Canada, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, India, Iraq, Israel, Kuwait, Lebanon, Malaysia, Nepal, Oman, Philippines, Russian Fed., Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, USA, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom or Viet Nam in the past 14 days may be subject to immediate quarantine or isolation as applicable.
SOMALIA - published 04.03.2020
1. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Somalia.
2. Residents of Somalia who have been in China (People's Rep) are subject to immediate quarantine for a maximum of 14 days.
ST. LUCIA - published 27.02.2020
1. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Japan, Italy, Korea (Rep.) or Singapore in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter.
- This does not apply to nationals of St. Lucia.
2. Nationals of St. Lucia who have been in China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Japan, Italy, Korea (Rep.) or Singapore in the past 14 days will be subject to immediate quarantine for a maximum of 14 days.
ST. MAARTEN - published 07.03.2020
Passengers and airline crew who have been in China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.) or Singapore in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter St. Maarten.
- This does not apply to nationals of the Netherlands.
- This does not apply to residents of St. Maarten.
ST. VINCENT AND THE GRENADINES - published 24.02.2020
Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Japan, Korea (Rep.), Macao (SAR China) or Singapore in the past 14 days will not be allowed to enter St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
SRI LANKA - published 08.03.2020
1. Nationals of China (People’s Rep.) can no longer obtain a visa on arrival in Sri Lanka.
2. Passengers arriving from China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) are subject to immediate quarantine for 14 days.
SUDAN - published 05.03.2020
Passengers must fill-in a "Passenger Follow - Up Form" before arriving in Sudan.
TAJIKISTAN - published 03.03.2020
Passengers who have transited through or have been in Afghanistan, China (People’s Rep.), Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Tajikistan.
- This does not apply to nationals of Tajikistan.
THAILAND - published 09.03.2020
1. Passengers arriving from China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.) or Macao (SAR China) must have a Health Certificate to prove they are free from Coronavirus (COVID-19). They must be under doctor's observation 14 days before issuing date. The Health Certificate must be valid for not more than 2 days prior to departure.
- This does not apply to nationals of Thailand.
2. Passengers and crew members must present a completed T.8 health questionnaire to Health Control Office upon arrival.
3. Crew members not based in Thailand arriving from China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.) or Macao (SAR China) will be quarantined at the hotel until next departure schedule.
4. Crew members based in Thailand arriving from China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.) or Macao (SAR China) will be quarantined at home until next departure schedule.
- This does not apply when they only transited through China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.) or Macao (SAR China).
5. Based on the travel advisory restriction issued by United Arab Emirates Government, nationals of United Arab Emirates are not allowed to travel to Thailand.
TONGA - published 27.02.2020
1. Passengers and airline crew arriving from or transiting through China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong (SAR China) or Macao (SAR China) are not allowed to enter Tonga. This does not apply if they have stayed in a country with no confirmed cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) for a period of minimum 14 days before entering Tonga. They must have an official medical clearance undertaken within 3 days prior to arrival in Tonga.
- This does not apply to nationals of Tonga and their immediate family members.
- This does not apply to permanent residents of Tonga and their immediate family members.
- This does not apply to airline crew on direct flights from China (People's Rep.) who have been using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
2. Passengers must complete a 'Traveler's Arrival Health Declaration Card' and submit it to the Ministry of Health Border Control when arriving in Tonga.
TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO - published 07.02.2020
1. Passengers and crew members who have been in China (People's Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Trinidad and Tobago.

Passengers who have transited through or have been in China (People's Rep.), Iran, Iraq, Italy or Korea Rep. in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Turkey.

UGANDA - published 07.03.2020
Passengers arriving from China (People's Rep.), Italy, Iran, Korea (Rep.), France, Germany and Spain will be required to self-quarantine for a period of 14 days.
UNITED ARAB EMIRATES - published 09.03.2020
1. Nationals of Iran are not allowed to transit or enter the United Arab Emirates.
- This does not apply to passengers with a valid UAE Resident Visa. A prior 'OK TO BOARD' must be obtained from NAIC-UAE.
- This does not apply to diplomatic passport holders. A prior 'OK TO BOARD' must be obtained from NAIC-UAE.
2. Nationals of the United Arab Emirates are allowed to enter with a national ID card if they left before 28 February 2020.
3. Nationals of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia are no longer allowed to enter the United Arab Emirates with a national ID card, they must have a passport.
4. Based on the travel advisory restriction issued by United Arab Emirates Government, nationals of United Arab Emirates are not allowed to travel to Iran or Thailand.
5. Nationals of Italy, Lebanon and Syria arriving at Abu Dhabi (AUH) must go through a COVID-19 screening process, obtain a proof of screening slip before continuing to Immigration.

2. Passengers who have been in Iran in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter the USA.

- This does not apply to passengers with the invitation of the US government for the purpose related to containment or mitigation of the virus.
- This does not apply to the US Armed Forces and their spouses and children.
3. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.) in the past 14 days must arrive at one of the following airports: Atlanta (ATL), Chicago (ORD), Dallas, (DFW), Detroit (DTW), Honolulu (HNL), Los Angeles (LAX), New York (JFK or EWR), San Francisco (SFO), Seattle (SEA) and Washington (IAD).
VANUATU - published 09.03.2020
1. Passengers must complete an Incoming Passenger Health Declaration Form before boarding.
2. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Macau (SAR China) or Singapore in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Vanuatu.
- This does not apply to nationals of Vanuatu.
- This does not apply to residents of Vanuatu.
3. Passengers who have transited through or have been in China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Macau (SAR China) or Singapore since 31 December 2019 but who have spent the previous 14 days outside of China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Macau (SAR China) or Singapore must complete the medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner certifying that they are free from any respiratory illness suspected of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
4. Nationals and residents of Vanuatu who have been away in any other country excluding China (People's Rep.), within the last 2 months, can transit through Hong Kong (SAR China) or Singapore to Vanuatu if the transit time is not more than 8 hours. They must stay in the airport terminal.
5. Nationals and residents of Vanuatu transiting for more than eight hours in Hong Kong (SAR China) or Singapore or have left the terminal must be self-Quarantined for 14 days outside of Vanuatu before traveling into the country.
VIET NAM - published 06.03.2020
1. Passengers who have been in or transited through China (People's Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Viet Nam. This does not apply to passengers who travel for diplomatic or official purpose.
- This does not apply to nationals of Viet Nam.
- This does not apply to passengers who reside in Viet Nam.
2. All passengers must fill out a quarantine form prior to arrival.
3. Passengers who travel for diplomatic or official purpose will undergo a medical examination at the border before allowed to enter Viet Nam.
4. Passengers who have been or transited through Korea (Rep.) will be quarantined.
5. Passengers who have been or transited through Iran or Italy in the past 14 days will be quarantined for 14 days.
6. Nationals of Italy and Korea (Rep.) with a normal passport are no longer visa exempt.
