Интересно наблюдать, какие ограничения вводятся различными странами в связи с нарастающей истерией вокруг вирусной инфекции. Тут и приостановка безвиза для китайцев (Казахстан), и полный бан на въезд всех граждан КНР (Ирак), и бан для всех, кто недавно побывал в Китае, пусть даже транзитом (Австралия). Самая жесть в Вануату: по данным Тиматика, там при въезде ото всех, кроме местных, требуется справка об отсутствии коронавируса (сомневаюсь, что такая в принципе существует).

NOVEL CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK
In connection with the Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCov) outbreak
in China (People's Rep.), the following changes have been
published in Timatic:

ARMENIA:
Nationals of China (People's Rep.) with a normal passport are
no longer visa exempt. They must obtain a visa or an e-visa
prior to their arrival in Armenia. The e-visa can be obtained
at https://evisa.mfa.am/

AUSTRALIA:
1. Passengers who have transited through or have been in China
(People's Rep.) on or after the 1 February 2020, will not be
allowed to transit or enter Australia.
2. Nationals of Australia who have transited through or have
been in China (People's Rep.) on or after the 1 February 2020
will be required to self-isolate for a period of 14 days from
their arrival into Australia.
3. Passengers who reside in Australia and have transited
through or have been in China (People's Rep.) on or after the
1 February 2020 will be required to self-isolate for a period
of 14 days from their arrival into Australia.

CHINESE TAIPEI:
Nationals of China (People's Rep.) are not allowed to transit
or enter Chinese Taipei. This does not apply if their spouse
is from Chinese Taipei.

GUATEMALA:
1. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.) in the
past 15 days are not allowed to enter Guatemala.
2. This does not apply to nationals of Guatemala, who will be
interviewed in order to comply with clinical evaluation. They
will be transferred to a Health Service for the due isolation
and treatment by the Ministry of Public Health, if required.

HONG KONG:
Passengers who reside or have been in the Hubei Province
(China People's Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to
enter Hong Kong (SAR China). This does not apply to passengers
who reside in Hong Kong (SAR China).

IRAQ:
Nationals of China (People's Rep.) are not allowed to enter.

JAPAN:
1. Passengers who have been in the Hubei Province (China
People's Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter
Japan. This does not apply to nationals of Japan.

2. Nationals of China (People's Rep.) with a passport issued
in Hubei Province (China People's Rep.) are not allowed to
enter Japan.

KAZAKHSTAN:
Nationals of China (People's Rep.) with a normal passport
arriving at Almaty (ALA), Aktau (SCO), Astana (TSE), Karaganda
(KGF), Shymkent (CIT) or Taraz (DMB) are no longer visa
exempt.

KUWAIT:
1. Nationals of China (People's Rep.) are not allowed to enter
Kuwait.
2. Passengers with a Hong Kong (SAR China) passport are not
allowed to enter Kuwait.
3. Passengers with a residence permit or visa issued by China
(People's Rep.) who have been in China (People's Rep.) in the
past 2 weeks are not allowed to enter Kuwait.
4. Passengers with a residence permit or visa issued by Hong
Kong (SAR China) who have been in Hong Kong (SAR China) in the
past 2 weeks are not allowed to enter Kuwait.

MALAYSIA:
Nationals of China (People's Rep.) who reside or have been in
the Hubei Province (China People's Rep.) or have a passport
issued in Hubei Province (China People's Rep.) are not allowed
to transit or enter Malaysia. This does not apply to
passengers who reside in Malaysia.

MONGOLIA:
Passengers who reside or have been in the Hubei
Province (China People's Rep.) in the past 1 month are not
allowed to transit or enter Mongolia. This does not apply to
passengers who reside in Mongolia.

PHILIPPINES:
Nationals of China (People's Rep.) can no longer obtain a visa
on arrival.

RUSSIAN FED.:
Nationals of China (People's Rep.) traveling to Kaliningrad
(KGD), St. Petersburg (LED) or Vladivostok (VVO) can no longer
obtain an e-visa.

SINGAPORE:
1. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.) in the
past 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Singapore.
- This does not apply to residents of Singapore (Singapore
Citizens/Permanent Residents or travelers holding a long-term
pass (Work Pass, Student Pass, Dependent Pass, Long-term Visit
Pass only) with final destination Singapore. If they have been
in Hubei Province (China People's Rep.) in the past 14 days,
they will be quarantined upon entry in Singapore.

2. Nationals of China (People's Rep.) with a passport issued
in Hubei Province (China People's Rep.) are not allowed to
transit or enter Singapore.
- This does not apply to residents of Singapore (Permanent
Residents only) or travelers holding a long-term pass (Work
Pass, Student Pass, Dependent Pass, Long-term Visit Pass only)
with final destination Singapore. They will be quarantined
upon entry in Singapore.

SRI LANKA:
Nationals of China (People's Rep.) can no longer obtain a visa
on arrival.

VANUATU:
Passengers must have a medical certificate proving they are
free from Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCov). This does not apply
to passengers who reside in Vanuatu.

If any new travel restrictions will be imposed, we will ensure
that Timatic is updated accordingly. We are monitoring this

Nationals of China (People's Rep.) are not allowed to enter
Azerbaijan if they do not have a visa obtained before
departure.

INDONESIA (Effective 5 February 2020):

can no longer obtain a visa on arrival.
2. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.) in the
past 14 days are not allowed to enter or transit Indonesia.

ISRAEL:
Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.) in the past
14 days are not allowed to enter Israel.

JAMAICA:
Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.) in the past
14 days are not allowed to enter Jamaica.
- This does not apply to nationals of Jamaica.
- This does not apply to residents of Jamaica.

NEW ZEALAND:
1. Passengers who have transited through or have been in China
(People's Rep.) on or after the 2 February 2020, will not be
allowed to transit or enter New Zealand.
2. Nationals of New Zealand who have transited through or have
been in China (People's Rep.) on or after the 2 February 2020
will be required to self-isolate for a period of 14 days from
their arrival into New Zealand.
3. Passengers who reside in New Zealand and have transited
through or have been in China (People's Rep.) on or after the
2 February 2020 will be required to self-isolate for a period
of 14 days from their arrival into New Zealand.

USA:
Flights that are in the air as of 17:00 US EST on 2 February
2020 are exempted from the Coronavirus-related travel
restrictions. Timatic team is monitoring the developments and
as soon as more information is available, it will be published
in Timatic.

ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA
Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.) in the past
28 days are not allowed to enter Antigua and Barbuda.

JORDAN:
Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.) in the past
14 days are not allowed to enter Jordan.
- This does not apply to nationals of Jordan.

KOREA (REP.) (Effective 4 February 2020):

KOREA (DEM. PEOPLE'S REP.):
1. Passengers traveling as tourists are not allowed to enter.
2. Passengers traveling on business or duty must spend 14 days
in quarantine upon arrival.

KOSOVO (REP.)
Nationals of China (People's Rep.) must have a medical
certificate proving they are free from Novel Coronavirus
(2019-nCov).

MACAO (SAR CHINA)
Passengers who reside or have been in the Hubei Province
(Chine People's Rep.) in the past 14 days must present a
certificate issued by a legal medical institution proving they
are not infected with the novel coronavirus.
- This does not apply to passengers with a passport issued by
Macao (SAR China).
- This does not apply to passengers who reside in Macao (SAR
China).

MALDIVES:
Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.) in the past
14 days are not allowed to enter the Maldives.
- This does not apply to nationals of the Maldives.

MARSHALL ISL.
Passengers arriving from China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR
China) or Macao (SAR China) are not allowed to enter.

MAURITIUS:

1. Passengers who reside or have been in China (People's
Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong (SAR China) or Macao (SAR
China) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Mauritius.
2. Nationals of Mauritius who have been in China (People's
Rep.) in the past 14 days will be placed in quarantine.
3. Passengers who reside in Mauritius and have been in China
(People's Rep.) in the past 14 days will be placed in
quarantine.

MICRONESIA (FEDERATED STATES):
1. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.) on or
after 6 January 2020, are not allowed to enter Micronesia
(Federated States).
- This does not apply to airline crew.
2. Passengers who have been in a country with confirmed cases
of Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCov), other than China (People's
Rep.), are not allowed to enter Micronesia (Federated States).
They must have stayed in a country with no confirmed cases of
Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCov) for a period of minimum 14 days
before entering Micronesia (Federated States).
- This does not apply to airline crew.

SAMOA:
Passengers who have transited through or have been in
countries with confirmed Coronavirus cases must have spent a
period of 14 days in quarantine before arrival to Samoa. They
must have medical clearance issued 3 days before arrival.

SOLOMON ISL.
1. Passengers who have transited through or have been in China
(People's Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter
Solomon Isl. This does not apply to nationals or residents of
Solomon Isl.
2. Passengers arriving from certain countries who have
transited through Fiji, Kiribati, Nauru or Papua New Guinea
are not allowed to enter Solomon Isl. This does not apply to
nationals or residents of Solomon Isl.

VIET NAM:
Passengers who have been in or transited through China
(People's Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter
Viet Nam.
- This does not apply to nationals of Viet Nam.
- This does not apply to passengers who reside in Viet Nam.

CHANGES FOR:

USA:
1. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.) in the
past 14 days are not allowed to enter the USA.
- This does not apply to nationals of the USA.
- This does not apply to passengers who reside in the USA.
2. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.) in the
past 14 days must arrive at one of the following airports:
Atlanta (ATL), Chicago (ORD), Dallas, (DFW), Detroit (DTW),
Honolulu (HNL), Los Angeles (LAX), New York (JFK or EWR), San
Francisco (SFO), Seattle (SEA) and Washington (IAD).

VANUATU:
Passengers arriving from China (People's Rep.), Chinese
Taipei, Hong Kong (SAR China) or Macau (SAR China) must have a
medical certificate proving they are free from Novel
Coronavirus (2019-nCov).

Singapore.
4. Nationals of China (People's Rep.) with a short or multiple
term visa issued by Singapore are void and not valid for
travel.

TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO - published 07.02.2020

Passengers who have transited, traveled or resided in China
(People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Macau (SAR China), Hong Kong
(SAR China) in the last 14 days must self-quarantine outside
of Vanuatu for an additional 14 days before entering Vanuatu
with a medical certificate from a registered practitioner
certifying that they are free from Novel Coronavirus
(2019-nCov).

BELIZE - published 10.02.2020
Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.) in the past
14 days are not allowed to enter Belize.
- This does not apply to nationals of Belize.

IRAN - published 10.02.2020
Nationals of China (People's Rep.) with a normal passport,
passengers with a Hong Kong (SAR China) passport and
passengers with a Macao (SAR China) passport are no longer
visa exempt. However, they can obtain a visa on arrival.
They are required to clear the medical and health check upon
arrival. After that they will be given a certificate.

SOMALIA - published 10.02.2020
1. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.) in the
past 20 days are not allowed to enter Somalia.
2. Residents of Somalia who have been in China (People's Rep)
are subject to immediate quarantine for a maximum of 14 days.

CHANGES FOR:

BANGLADESH - published 08.02.2020
1. Nationals of China (Peoples' Rep.), passengers with a
Chinese Taipei (on the cover: Republic of China Taiwan)
passport, a Hong Kong (SAR China) passport or a Macao (SAR

fill-in a Health Clearance Form provided by cabin crew.

HONG KONG - published 08.02.2020
1. Passengers who reside or have been in the Hubei Province
(China People's Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to
enter Hong Kong (SAR China). - - This does not apply to
passengers who reside in Hong Kong (SAR China).
2. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.) in the
past 14 days are not allowed to enter if their permitted stay
in Hong Kong (SAR China) is less than 14 days.
3. Passengers arriving from China (People's Rep.) or having
been in China (People's Rep.) in the past 14 days are subject
to compulsory quarantine for 14 days.

INDIA - published 09.02.2020
1. Visa and e-visa issued to nationals of China (People's
Rep.) before 5 February 2020 are invalidated.

with final destination Singapore. They will be quarantined
upon entry in Singapore.

5. Nationals of China (People's Rep.) with a short or multiple
term visa issued by Singapore, the visa have been suspended
and not valid for travel.

VANUATU - published 10.02.2020
1. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), Chinese
Taipei, Hong Kong (SAR China) or Macau (SAR China) in the past
14 days are not allowed to enter Vanuatu.
2. Passengers must complete an Incoming Passenger Health
Declaration Form before boarding.
3.Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), Chinese
Taipei, Hong Kong (SAR China) or Macau (SAR China) since 31
December 2019 but who have spent the previous 14 days outside
of China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong (SAR
China) or Macau (SAR China) must supply a copy of Medical
Clearance Form 1, completed by a registered medical
practitioner certifying that they are free from any
respiratory illness.
4. Passengers showing symptoms of respiratory illness (flu,
running nose, fever, headache, chest pain, or difficulty in
breathing) must be tested by a registered medical practitioner
for 2019-nCoV and supply a copy of Medical Clearance Form 2
completed by a registered medical practitioner certifying that
they have been tested for 2019-nCoV at a WHO appointed
2019-nCoV referral laboratory, and that the test returned a
negative result for 2019-nCoV.
