i love the subways!
well last night we went to see the subways for linzis birthday and they were absolutely amazing seriously it was so cool! The suffrajets and the kooks were surporting them and were really good, i was actually surprised by how good the kooks were and the suffrajets were also good.
Anyway there were quite big gaps between the bands playing and this really drunk stoned ugly dude kept on staring down linzis top and at ellis's arse but hannah just kept on giving him her look of death so he stayed away from her. He was really pervy and he chucked beer but because he was so drunk it just kinda went on me and i was like what the fuck are you doing!! and he just laughed and said sorry and then wouldnt stop talking to me and linzi for the rest of the night and he was 31! ew.
Loads of people were throwing there drinks and i didnt mind if it was water because it was quite refreshing but then evryone started chucking beer around and i got drenched and my hair went all gross but it was worth it becuase. . . i touched the lead singer Billy!! because where me ellis linzi and hannah were stood was right on the edge of like the "mosh pit" and there was this huge guy with dreadlocks pushing everyone and going crazy so we didnt know if we should go in but then i just thought oh fuck it i probaly wont ever see the subways again.
so i went in and got pushed around and somehow ended up at the front, And when they were singing rock 'n' roll queen billy stood up at the front and everyone pulled him in and he fell over and was like on top of me and loads of people were crushing me and i couldnt get up and it was quite scary because i thought as soon as he moves everyone will crowd round me and like trample me but then billy stood up and grabbed my hand and pulled me up! and i shouted thank you! and he smiled and went back on stage and i was like OH MY GOD!! i touched him! then he took off his t-shirt and threw it into the crowd but sadly i didnt catch it because i would of given it to linzi for her birthday.
After that i stumbled around for a bit and went to get my bag and found hannah ellis and linzi and we drove back home and i was so tired and my feet really hurt and i smelt like fags and beer but i didnt care because i touched him!
They were really good live aswell and i really want to go see another band because its just so cool being right there so close to them.ah i loved it! the best songs were rock n roll queen and oh yeah because everyone went really really crazy to them songs. anyway i need to go do homework now! xxxxx
