Hmm....
So there was a shooting at Northern Illinois University yesterday. That's definitely like 30 minutes from here. One of my profs son's goes there...she was worried.
I found out about the shooting when I was in Target. A lady in the aisle I was in got a phone call, apparently it was her son...he had just jumped out a window to get away from the shooter...I don't even know this kid and I was freaking out along with his mom.
I'm having a little anxiety about all these shootings...first the 6 ladies in lane bryant in tinley park which is about 45 min. away, then the 22 people at NIU. Serious anxiety. Especially because last week our prof had to call security twice because this creepy man was pacing outside of our classroom for 4 HOURS...seriously...creepy.
Finals are next week. I'm not really worried about them. Then no more class for 16 weeks. I'm super excited.
and....
Super nervous. I really don't know anything about inpatient rehab i've decided. What if my CI expects me to know things...I don't know things. I'm meeting with one of my profs next week...hopefully he can reassure me that I do know something.
My parents are on there way here to help move all my stuff over to Chuck's since I'll be leaving this place next week. My heat broke again today. They came and "fixed" it at 2...but at 7 it wasn't working again. I've discovered if I turn it off and back on it will work for awhile, so I guess I'll just keep doing that and let the next tenant worry about it.
