This is the permissions list for OOC (out of character), activity. Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired.
1). Backtagging: Always~
2). Threadhopping: Yes, unless stated otherwise (you'll know~)
3). Fourthwalling: Only on Fourth Wall day, please.
4). Canon puncture: No.
5). Offensive subjects (elaborate): I'm fine with most anything, but feel free to IM me if you have any questions at all :3

This is the permissions list for IC (in-character), activity. Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired. With IC permissions, it's a good idea to elaborate on what other players can expect from your character if they choose to do any of the following:
1). Hugging this character: As long as she's chipped and Not Ragefacing you probably won't explode :D
2). Kissing this character: You may run a slight risk of getting bitten in response, depending on how well she knows you and whether she's chewed on anyone recently! (Remilia and Marisa are always exempt from this) Though, Flandre is most likely to just stare at you.
3). Flirting with this character: She'll either be hilariously oblivious or confused, again. Or might take offense and get...snappy.
4). Fighting with this character: Yes, but keep in mind while chipped she's about as strong as a twelve year old girl, and...unchipped, she's ridiculously overpowered even by her canon's standards and has the ability to destroy any physical object in multiple ways (barring IC controls/seals/portal hax/whatever)
5). Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Yes, please ask me first, though. I don't want to know for entirely nefarious purposes, of course not! >.>
6). Killing this character: TALK TO ME~
7). Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Go ahead~ Flandre's mind is a bit...confusing, though, and may need a moment of deciphering rather than leading straight to the answers. Imagine a desk full of 495 years of papers and books and little to no organization whatsoever.

Flandre also talks to herself on a regular basis, so occasionally her disembodied voice is audible.
