model in his teenager days. But Nao's father was not him. Nao had a
father named Kamenashi Kazuya, but everyone could not believe it because
how come a 29 years old guy had a 14 years old boy as his son. So which
one is Nao’s real father? Let’s find out ^^
A/N: Ok, this story was really haunting me. So here is the result, ehehe.

prologue ~ Part 1 ~ Part 2 ~ Part 3 ~ Part 4 ~ Part 5Part 6

(.^_^.)

Jin didn’t know how many cans of coffee that he drank just to clear his brain and try to get away from the sudden panic of the fact that he was a father for someone. He threw the last can into the nearest trash bin quite harshly to show how frustrate he was. He dragged himself to go out of the canteen of the hospital to search for a safe place to smoke. He pulled down his fedora, trying to hide his face from the curious eyes. He became the source of attention like always but this time people thought that he was a madman who needed to meet a physicist.

Jin chose to get back into his car. He pulled down the window so the smoke of his cigars wouldn’t stuff inside. He almost emptied a pack of cigarette in less than an hour. He knew that Pi will kill him if he found Jin smoking, but Jin didn’t care. He needed distraction and he didn’t want to let anybody to forbid him from doing anything. He groaned when he finished the last one. He mumbled profanities as he rummaged every side of his car, hoping to find another pack of cigarette there. He sighed hard when he found nothing.

Half an hour passed yet Jin didn’t budge from his position, sitting on the driver seat, eyes closed, and mouth kept mumbling everything that wasn’t good for kids to hear. Finally, Jin tried to be a man. He had to face the reality bravely. He didn’t like the word ‘coward’ and he had never wanted to be one, so he took the envelope from his jeans pocket. He pulled out the paper inside the envelope. The paper was crumpled because Jin crushed it before. He stared at the words printed there and still couldn’t believe the truth which was presented there.

Nao’s DNA was matched with him. It meant he was Nao’s biological father! Jin was shock and wondered how on the earth this could happen? Yes, he was a womanizer. He had slept with many women since he was a teenager. However, he was always be careful. He had never fucked a girl without a protection. Even though it wouldn’t guarantee the possibility that he could make a girl pregnant though he used condom, then why there was no girl coming and asking his responsibility? Well, sometimes Jin was faced by crazy girls, accusing him for molesting or making them pregnant but everything was just a lie. Jin wouldn’t want to say yes to something like that without an investigation first. He was grateful that he had Ryo as his manager because Ryo was the one who always cleared Jin’s scandal. The agency also took a big part in protecting him from large damage in his career.

Then why was something serious like this out of their concern? Who was the girl? Why did she not want Jin to take the responsibility? Why did she not let Jin to know about Nao? Why did Kazuya become Nao’s father? Did Jin sleep with Kazuya’s girlfriend? Did the girl lie to Kazuya that the father was him instead of Jin? Where was the girl? Millions questions fulfilled Jin’s mind till he felt his head was going to be explode anytime soon.

Jin couldn’t take it anymore. He needed an explanation or at least he wanted to make sure something or anything from Kazuya. The younger was the only one who must know the truth. No wonder Kazuya was acting so cold and distant with Jin. He was overprotected when Nao was with Jin. He didn’t like when people mistook Jin as Nao’s father instead of him. It was clear that he didn’t want someone to take Nao from him because he knew Nao wasn’t his own son. With that thought Jin left his car, fuming. He slammed the door so hard and walked back to the hospital with rapid steps.

As soon as he arrived to Nao’s room, he came in without having care to knock first. Kazuya was startled with Jin’s sudden intrusion. He yelped when Jin pulled him to the corner. Jin didn’t want them to talk outside because it could create a scene and he sure didn’t need a new scandal in a time like this.

Kazuya eyed Jin in confusion.  “What the hell do you want? Let me go!” he wriggled his hand, trying to release it from Jin’s tight grip.

“Stop being a bitch and listen to me!” Jin barked though with low voice so Nao wouldn’t be woken up by their soon to be long arguments.

Kazuya’s mouth fell open. “You called me WHAT?”

Jin didn’t want to apologize with what he said because he was too mad for everything. “Tell me the truth!” he demanded out of the blue.

Kazuya didn’t understand what Jin was talking about. Really, what’s got into Jin’s mind? “What truth? About me being a bitch?” he eyed Jin with defiant look.

“Don’t mess with me! Why don’t you tell me that I am Nao’s father?” He glared at Kazuya as if the younger really hid the truth from him.

For a second Kazuya froze. “W-what do you mean?” he was stuttered by a sudden fear and rage.

“You know what I mean,” Jin said with cold voice. “The doctor just confirmed about this. I am Nao’s biological father. I even had the proof of the blood check.”

“How could you?” Kazuya’s eyes watered with tears. What was the most frightened him came true. He didn’t expect that it was Jin himself who told him about this. Even so, for him Nao is his son. The boy was never been Jin’s. Since Nao was born, he was the one who had been raising him. Jin had never lay a finger into Nao’s life to love or to protect him. Jin didn’t have the right to talk with him like this. Jin didn’t deserve the truth which he didn’t know it either.

“Why did you hide it from me?” Jin kept questioning Kazuya. His grip became tighter around the younger’s wrist.

“You know what? I won’t tell you even a single thing if I really know the truth,” Kazuya yanked his hand, not caring it would cause a lot of pain. He looked up to bore his sharp eyes to Jin’s. “You aren’t Nao’s father because you’ve never been one for him. I raise him with my hands since he was born. Even though we aren’t blood related, nobody can separate us. I don’t care about the truth. I care about the reality!” he took a deep breath or else he would burst into tears just because he couldn’t handle many feelings inside his heart right now.

“Yeah. I don’t have the right to be Nao’s father, but you don’t have the right to separate me with him,” Jin hissed and he didn’t even know what he was talking about.

Kazuya laughed. He couldn’t believe this. He shoved his point finger to Jin chest indignantly. “You are nothing for him! I’ve never separated you with him because you don’t have any part in his life to begin with!”

“I will! Start from now!” Jin said firmly. He took Kazuya’s hand in his and the younger fought to be released by him instantly. “I won’t let you or Nao free until I know who and where Nao’s mother is!”

Kazuya glared at him. “You won’t get anything. She is dead!”

Jin’s eyes darkened. “Then you will tell me about her!”

“You wish!” Kazuya scoffed.

Jin was ready to snap at Kazuya if only Nao didn’t call them suddenly.

“What happened?” Nao asked, eyeing his father and Jin curiously.

Kazuya once again yanked his hand free of Jin then rushed to Nao’s side. “Are you alright? How are you feeling?” he asked worriedly.
The boy looked at him and smiled a little. “Horrible,” he mumbled and hissed in pain as he tried to sit up.

His father told him to be silent and helped him to lie down on the bed again. Nao let himself be hugged by Kazuya and he even didn’t mind when he was being kissed by him. At least he didn’t find Kazuya crying over him. He couldn’t stand when Kazuya shed tears because of him. He preferred getting scolded to seeing Kazuya in tears. However, it wasn’t good to get scolded right after he got his consciousness back.

“Were you out of your mind? Why did you run away and wander around carelessly?” Kazuya yelled at the boy. “What if you got hit hard and no one saved you? Do you really want to make me dead in worried, huh? How many times I told you to be careful and never once go against me? I am your father so you must listen to me!”

Kazuya was out of breath after he poured out his feelings to the boy who looked at him in shock. Jin was witnessing that silently. Was this the way Kazuya raise Nao? Was it alright for father to yell at his son like that? Was it the way to raise a kid? Jin didn’t think so. Even though he didn’t know himself about parenthood, he knew that Kazuya’s way in raising Nao was wrong. He didn’t know how the hell he felt like responsible about Nao. Perhaps, the fatherly side of him came up now. It felt weird but he couldn’t let someone to yell at his son.
“Tou-chan, I…” Nao tried to talk something to defense himself. He ran away from home was because of fighting with Kazuya, so it wasn’t his fault that this happened.

“Don’t do that again! You heard me?” Kazuya narrowed his eyebrows, expecting a yes as the answer.

Nao nodded in defeat. He was safe after all and he was glad that he didn’t die and let his father alone, living in sadness because of him. He loved his father so much. He tried to understand that maybe Kazuya was caught up with stress because of work and their financial problem so Kazuya didn’t realize that he threw his frustration to him. He should know better that Kazuya would never yell or scold him without a reason. Like now, even though Kazuya was scolding him, the reason was clear. Besides, Kazuya wasn’t the type to be angry for so long. It proved with how Kazuya’s eyes softened. He caressed Nao’s hair lovingly and looked at him with care. Nao smiled wholeheartedly at him.

On the other side of the room, Jin still observed what exactly happened between Kazuya and Nao. At first, Jin wanted to jump into the scene to stop Kazuya from his yelling, but now he was flabbergasted on how they reconciled just with a blink of an eye. Jin didn’t understand. He even started to deny his feeling before. It was the feeling how he began to feel that he was also a father, but then he realize the fact that he didn’t know what a father is. It somehow made him lost.

Kazuya explained to Nao about everything that happened after he got the accident. Nao threw his eyes on Jin who seemed in a deep thought. “Jin-san, thank you so much for your help. I am really grateful for that,” he said politely and sincerely.

Jin was snapped out of his train of thoughts. He cracked an awkward smile and nod. He walked closer to Nao’s bed, ignoring how Kazuya shot him with hostile look.  “Get better soon, okay?” he said, smiling too kind in Kazuya’s point of view.

Nao smiled back. “Okay..”

“Tell me if you need something,” Jin winked. “And don’t make your father cry on me again,” he grinned, enjoying teasing the young father and it felt nice to come back to himself. He didn’t use to be acting like a father, or let’s say it was the first time he behaved like that. It was really weird. It must be because of the shock and the flow of situation. He cursed himself for being overwhelmed by the feeling to be a father all of a sudden. He wanted to get back to what he was before. He didn’t need a son. He was a selfish anyway. He didn’t have the gut to raise a kid yet.

“You don’t need anything from him,” Kazuya glared at Nao then he smiled at Jin. “I think it’s time for you to go,” his voice was sweet like candy.

Jin raised his eyebrows in amusement. The younger was still mad at him. He needed to talk to him to clear everything. He didn’t want to take Nao away from him. It was just a joke, but he knew Kazuya take it seriously. “I will call you later,” he said softly as if he talked with his loved one.

Kazuya shivered, frightening a little because he never experienced someone talked to him that way. “Go away!” he screamed like a girl.
“Tou-chan!” Nao whined. He didn’t like Kazuya act rudely to Jin who saved his life. without Jin’s help, he maybe was in heaven now.
“What?” Kazuya turned his head to Nao, eyes as sharp as a knife.

Nao was taken a back a bit. Kazuya was really scary when he was mad, and Nao didn’t know what Jin did to make Kame like this. Did something happen between them when he slept?

“Tou-chan, Jin-san saved my life. Can you at least be nice with him?” Nao asked, looking at Kazuya with his puppy eyes.

Kazuya puffed his cheeks like a child. “He’s no good. I don’t like him.”

Nao blinked. Something happened otherwise Kazuya wouldn’t show this new side of him. Somehow, his father looked ten years younger now. Jin was amused with every expression that Kazuya showed. The younger became adult so soon because of Nao, so when he acted like a teenager it was suited him. He was not only pretty but also baby face. Jin tried hard to not take Kazuya from his seat to hug him tightly.

“I will visit you every day,” Jin patted Nao’s head.

“Really?” Nao beamed. Jin was his hero, so he was happy to meet him again.

“No way!” Kazuya interrupted.

“Please~” Nao and Jin begged with puppy eyes attack.

Kazuya gaped and then pouted. He was lost.

(.^_^.)

A month passed and Jin never once fulfilled his promise. Kazuya felt stupid to even believe in Jin’s words to visit Nao every day. He was mad because instead of Jin, there were packets came as exchanges. He sure would kill that bastard when he showed up because he didn’t need Jin’s foolishness, thinking that a sick person could be happy getting packet of toy or game every single day. Well, Nao was excited, but Kazuya was the contrary, he was furious. He always didn’t like the idea to spoil his son, and now Jin did it unreasonably. Yeah, he knew Jin was rich, but it didn’t mean he could shower Nao with everything that he couldn’t give. It somehow tainted his pride as a father.

Kazuya was still in a bad mood when he prepared some snacks and orange juice for the trio who were playing video games in the living room. He stopped half way because he thought snacks weren’t good for Nao’s who was still recovering. He decided to cook apple pie.

Meanwhile in the living room…

“Nao, you are sure in the paradise!” Sho said, eyes sparkling as he held a robot.

“Well, Indeed I am,” Nao smiled widely.

“Why all of this is just for you?” Yuuki sulked, hugging a huge teddy bear.

Nao laughed. “I don’t mind to give you that, Yuuki. I dunno why Jin-san gave me Teddy, it doesn’t suit my coolness.”

Yuuki glomped Nao while Sho rolled his eyes.

“Hey, does Jin-san give something to Tou-chan too?” Sho asked, still busy playing with the robot. The video game was long forgotten. They sat on the carpet, toys were around them.

Nao and Yuuki started playing hotwheels. “I don’t think so,” Nao replied, selecting perfect car for the rice. “But,” he paused. “Tou-chan is grumpy every day. I dunno why.”

Sho was curious. “What’s the reason? Don’t tell me Tou-chan wait for Jin-san to come here?”

“Why should Tou-chan do that?” Yuuki looked at them, puzzled.

Sho shrugged, “Just assumption. Nah, forget it. Let’s play!” he took Gozzila figure to fight with the robot.

For a while they played with the numerous toys because it was the first time they could spend the day in one place without a fight. Toys sure are paradise for kids. They also waited for Kazuya’s snack that never came. They didn’t need to check him in the kitchen because they knew Kazuya was quite strict with food. He must be preparing something which was far from kind of snacks that they could buy in convenient center.

A half of hour later, Kazuya appeared. He brought a tray of three plates of apple pie. The kids munched their afternoon snack eagerly. Kazuya smiles and petted their hair one by one. He then left them to make coffee for himself. He was relieved that Nao’s health was getting better. Even though he was sad that Nao couldn’t go to school for two weeks because of the wound on his stomach, he decided that Nao’s health must come first. He washed the dirty pan in the sink.

Kazuya rubbed his eyes, feeling a bit dizzy and tired. He was lack of sleep. Every day he put extra care to Nao. He didn’t care about himself as long as Nao could recovery fast. He knew it wasn’t good for his own health, but like always Nao was in his top of priority. He barely drank the coffee when he heard the kids squealed suddenly. He wanted to know what happen but his tired body didn’t allow him from leaving the kitchen. He took conclusion that maybe the kids were playing video game again and were excited about it.

The dizziness hit his head again. He walked to the corner of the kitchen, looking for aspirin in one of the shelf of the cabinet. He found one and was about to get a glass of water when he found someone stand on the kitchen door, clearly checking on him. He glared at him before going to get another cup of coffee. He needed more caffeine to reduce his sudden anger.

“Nothing changes, you are still not cute at all,” Jin remarked, welcoming himself to the kitchen.

Kazuya felt suffocated because the room was too small and he didn’t like Jin to go near him. He brought his coffee with him, walking around the dining table to avoid getting closer with the other man. Jin grinned. He liked chasing after his prey though it was different when it came to Kazuya. This situation was a bit weird because…well, Jin couldn’t find the right words to describe what happen now.

“Cutie, stop ignoring me. I came to see you,” Jin said with so much sweet in his voice, making Kazuya looking at him with unbelievable eyes.

“Can you at least give me a kiss?” Jin didn’t stop annoying the younger man.

“Oh please, go the hell out of my house!” Kazuya said in frustration. He wasn’t sure he could restrain himself from punching Jin because the other left to Hawaii two days after the accident and then he came back like someone not having any sin in his life.

“Gezz, you are acting like a wife,” Jin clicked his tongue.

Kazuya’s patience vanished into the air. In a blink of an eye he was already in front of Jin and smacked Jin’s head so hard. “Don’t call me a wife!” He screamed, clearly furious and sick of dealing with Jin.

“Then stop acting like one,” Jin leveled his face with Kazuya’s, titling his head a bit to kiss the younger because he felt he need to shut those pouty lips up.

“You have no right to tell me do what you want,” Kazuya looked at his side, not wanting to fall into Jin’s trap called kiss.

Jin brought Kazuya closer by the waist. The younger shot him with angry looks but Jin just leaned down, still trying to capture the pinkish lips.

“Stop it!” Kazuya refused to get molested again. He struggled but it seemed in vain because he was too exhausted right now. “Why do you like to mess with me? I hate you for being like this to me, and don’t ever spoil my son with your gifts! You promised him to visit every day, but why you sent something which isn’t necessary to him? Are you trying to mock me because I couldn’t even buy one though I save for my entire life? You give him brand things instead of me who is only able to give him a simple snack? You are mean. Why do you hurt me?” he ended up telling Jin what he felt and stayed limply in Jin’s arms. He closed his eyes, tying not to cry because of the madness and tiredness.

Jin hugged him, tying to understand what’s gone wrong with his way in showing his care to Nao. He didn’t know it hurt Kazuya. He really didn’t think about the younger’s feeling. However, he didn’t mean hurting him like that. He just wanted to make Nao happy because he couldn’t visit him. He must go to Hawaii because he was invited to fashion show of his friend. He couldn’t bring Kazuya with him because he had to take care of Nao. Sadly, Kazuya misunderstood him.

“Listen, I didn’t intent to hurt you. I can’t come here, that’s why I sent the gifts,” Jin tried to sooth Kazuya and he wondered since when he could be this soft to someone.

“Just leave. I beg you,” Kazuya said so but he leant his body on Jin, feeling weak all of sudden.

“I don’t want to. Besides, I can give him everything because I am his dad,” Jin whispered, making Kazuya’s eyes widened in shock.

“No, you aren’t! I am Nao’s only one dad!” He screamed, pushing Jin away from him.

“No, I am his dad too!” Jin insisted, looking seriously at Kazuya who didn’t want to hear more from here.

“You’re wrong! Don’t ever say that again!” Kazuya almost fell down when he quickly made his way out of the room. He just couldn’t take it anymore to be with Jin. He needed a space to breathe or even to cry. He still couldn’t accept the fact that someone claimed as his son’s dad, and the thought of Jin will take Nao away someday saddened him.

Kazuya stopped in his track when he saw Nao left his spot to come to the kitchen. Worry printed on his face because he heard Kazuya’s scream. Kazuya didn’t want Nao to see his state. Moreover, he didn’t want Nao to know what they were fighting about.

“I’ll say it whenever I want because you can deny a fact that I am the real father of-“ Jin couldn’t finish his sentence because Kazuya suddenly turned to him and pulled him into a kiss.

Jin was shocked while Nao’s jaw fell to the floor. Nao was eyeing his dad kissing with Jin, couldn’t believe it even a bit. Sho and Yuuki who came to what happen also stood behind Nao in total shock. On the other hand, Jin was fast to get over his surprise and kissed back. Kazuya glared at Jin but the other wasn’t scared at all and kissed more instead. Kazuya didn’t know what got into him to silent Jin from spilling the truth right in front of Nao with kissing him. He wanted to tell Jin to stop but his voice was muffled and it sounded like moan to the kids’ ears. The scene was getting hot so the kids walked back to the living room like robots.

“A-are they kissing?” Sho asked, eyes rounded in disbelief.

“I-I think so,” Yuuki stuttered, blushing because it was the first time he saw a kissing scene with his own eyes.

“Bu-but why?” Nao was as speechless as they were.

“W-what if there’s really something between them?” Sho said in new realization. “What if Jin-san is really your dad?!”
“No way! I can’t have two dads in the same time!” Nao declined.

“What if Tou-chan is the one who gave birth to you?” Yuuki was shocked to his own words.

They looked at each other with another wave of shock. One second, two seconds, three seconds, and then they said “EHHHHHHHHHHHHH???!” in unison.

To be continued…(.^_^.)
