So my "friend" has 5 gallons of Hard cider brewing in a dark room, and it is still spitting out carbon dioxide....or as I prefer to say "it's still burping!"

I hope it turns out! I hope the Kuwaiti police don't come knockin at my friends door...cuz you know, alcohol is ILLEGAL in Kuwait.

Gee, I wonder why they have no tourism......

When the oil drys up, you will need tourism. According to the Arab Times, the Kuwait Government does want tourism. They have created a panel to figure out how to get tourism. SO it appears that you are wrong. How do I know more about your country than you do when I have only been here for 7 months???? The Oil will dry up, It's a fact. Ask Dubai. They realize this and they have become the POWERHOUSE of the middle east. They have relaxed their laws, created reasons for tourism and look at them now! They make more money on business and tourism than Kuwait makes in OIL!!!! Kuwait will continue to be a spectator. They will be rich, but they will be rich and lonely when the oil drys up. Then all of the rich Kuwaiti's will go to their houses in the French Riviera or the Spanish coast etc, and leave all of the average Kuwaiti's here, trying to fend for themselves; only to find out the royal family and the government took ALL OF YOUR MONEY! If you don't believe me, you are living in a fantasy world! The VERY SAME FANTASY WORLD YOUR GOVERNMENT WANTS YOU TO BE IN!

First of all, you are brainwashed.

Second of all, you make very silly assumptions.

If you have read my posts you would see that I am not a fan of the U.S. Government. So to make it seem like I support the current government and the way they operate is silly. I don't. I do not want other countries to be like my country, that is a SILLY and immature statement. My government is just as corrupt and selfish as your government is.

I simply believe in HUMAN RIGHTS and fair treatment of people. When I see the silly rules that ISLAMIC BEARDS have put upon this country, I laugh and I pity you.

You are not free. Your music, movies and television are controlled and censored. You can't have alcohol, you can't have disco's, and your personal freedoms are controlled!!

Women have 1/2 the rights that men do in your country. Your government is corrupt and keeps much of the oil money for themselves. I have read the articles about stolen oil money, bribes, and many many more problems in this country. Your country tries to hide facts about disease, homosexuality, etc etc.....that is CENSORSHIP.

I went to a movie the other night at your theatre. A movie made in Hollywood, and it SUCKED because it was so chopped up by your censors. And you think you are free?!!! Stop kidding yourself.
As far as bringing up statistics...I don't need to. I can simply say "DUBAI." Dubai has figured it out, Kuwait has not.

I also find it hard to believe that a young, under-educated girl can speak for an entire country without being biased towards a certain point of view.

You have been brainwashed. I don't say that to be mean, I say that to help you help yourself. You need to go out and see the rest of the world.

Unlike you. I only speak from experience. I visit the country, live in it, and then I speak about my OBSERVATIONS. You say that because you go to a BRITISH school in Kuwait, that you know what you're talking about. Guess what. Your British School is set up to abide by the Kuwait rules and guidelines. It is not a substitute for EXPERIENCE.

Before you condemn other countries. VISIT THEM.

Seriously...First you admit that you haven't been to the USA, but you talk like you have been there. Yet you criticize me for talking about a country that I am LIVING IN. YOU'RE funny.

Your examples of freedom are exact and right on. Freedom is the ability to do what you want when you want. If I want to drink, I can. If I want to watch porn, I can. If I want to have sexual desire, I can. YES, SILLY YOUNG GIRL....THAT IS FREEDOM!!!

Yet again, you clearly demonstrate that you have a very very simple view of the world. I can tell how young you are by how simple your comments are. I UNLIKE you, am living in the country that I am talking about. You talk about a country you have NEVER BEEN IN!!

Your people hunt, have sex and drink alcohol, just as much as any other country. You have children don't you? I have a Kuwaiti friend that has told me ALL of the stories about how your government hides the FACTS.

You need to get out of this religious state and go to a FREE country where we don't demand to control what you think.

How do you know I didn't start a family yet? You don't.

I wasn't trying to summarize FREEDOM in "2 lines, you were."

So by comparison Kuwait must be free then right? No bookstores (because they want to control what books are allowed into the country).

You can't drink alcohol if you want to, you can't kiss in public (you can in every other country on the planet but those that are ruled by Islam or Muslims), your newspapers are controlled by the government, your television is controlled by the government, your movies are censored, you get arrested if you drink during Ramadan daylight hours, women are brainwashed into wearing Hijab's or "Ninja" outfits. Yes, you are correct, your country is free. How silly of me.

By the way, your British school needs to teach you how to spell correctly. So far, your spelling sucks.
