Supernatural 6.01
I don't normally do episode recaps but here goes.
Really good episode but I think it focused on Dean too much. Don't get me wrong, too much Dean is never a bad thing, it's just I wanted to know what Sam had been up to more than anything. I guess we'll find out more as the season goes on.
I love how Dean was able to transfer his hunting skills over into his new life. The flashing back between the two was cool.
I love the new title card. Totally gasped out loud when I saw it.
Yellow Eyes made me scream and Sam had me flailing like a flaily thing.
I love Sam's car. So damn sexy. I hope Sam gets to keep her when he and Dean finally get back on the road together. I'm also wondering if he jacked it from somewhere or somehow managed to buy it outright.
Throughout that whole ep I kept thinking, how many people wrote fic exactly like that? I know I did to a certain extent (though never published). Kinda makes you wonder if any of the writers are lurking in fandom. I reckon Sera is.
