Some People Are So Mean
I came across this yesterday on a journal called "25 Most Overrated Artists Of All Time (that I've heard enough material from to judge)" over at Last.fm.

Everything since The Joshua Tree has been worse than R.E.M.'s Monster. The Joshua Tree was worse than everything except reality television. Bono cries, wimpes, whines, orgasms wherever and whenever he should not to create the cruelest record to ever disgrace a record store. Just for Joshua Tree, he should be brutally disemboweled on national television. I would rather be brutally tortured and starved to death in a -35 degree celsius tank than ever listen to that again. The Joshua Tree is proof of the devil. May Bono rot in front of his family.
I was so offended by this I couldn't even leave a comment to say so. I know people have different opinions but that is just plain rude. I have never seen a comment like that about The Joshua Tree in all my life. Just to spite him I went and listened to the entire thing in my room very loudly and felt much better afterward.
And now for the bright side:
Alias was back on TV last night for the final season. I have known for months what is going to happen but it still made me cry anyway.
Tonight's visual entertainment is better than that. First off we get Supernatural 2.20 'What Is And What Should never Be' then right after that is Torchwood which I have been hanging out to see for ages. Even my little brother wants to see it. He shocked me last night by asking to borrow Doctor Who season 1 so he could see where Captain Jack started out. I wonder if he will watch all the episodes or not. He has a thing for Billie Piper so he might.
Also, Congratulations to Edge and Morleigh who are celebrating their 5th wedding anniversary today.
