It's hard to stay depressed while you're watching 'Shaun of the Dead.' Everytime they start talking about how "dogs can't look up", I absolutely dissolve into giggles, and don't recover fully for a good ten minutes or so. I was in the kitchen during a commercial, and I kept randomly laughing out loud at the thought of it. I then had to try to explain it to my mom, which took far longer than it ever should, because I couldn't get an entire sentence out with stopping to laugh. The whole movie is hilarious, but I don't know why that particular bit owns me so hard.

I did a very DRAMA!!! thing and pseudo-deleted my Myspace. I didn't actually delete it, but I took near everyone off of my friends list. The only people I left on were the comedians and musicians I have (I've gotten some excellent presales and discounts through Myspace), and this one guy who's awesome but whose name I actually don't know, so should I decide to go back it'd be tough to find him again. Myspace was just letting me indulge in some bad habits that were making my life even more difficult, so I just got rid of the temptation. It's not that I don't love you, I swear!

I feel the beginnings of a blinding headache coming on. I only work four hours today, so hopefully it'll wait until I get home to knock me out completely.

In happy news, I'm reading yet another awesome book, Sharp Objects by GIllian Flynn. You should check it out. It's disturbing, lol.

books, waaaah!, movies
