Wow. I know nothing about Watchmen, but I didn't need to - this is just great sci-fi as it stands.

Thank you! I'm so happy you were able to understand and enjoy without having seen the movie (though I highly recommend you do).

Todd is Bubastis! GLEE

This was really awesome. I loved O'Neil as the Comedian and Daniel as Mothman (again, GLEE).

The tone really stayed true to the graphic novel, great job! I loved Rodney's POV throughout the whole thing and LOVED the explanation of choosing the reality where he didn't know the future in hopes of staying with John (he's still a romantic at heart...)

Thanks so much for sharing. I really enjoyed this :D

Thank you! I'm especially happy you liked Jack as the Comedian. I was debating that, since he doesn't quite have the remorseless part of Blake. But I think everyone is a little softer in this version.

I really liked the explanation for why Rodney stays with this universe. For a being like Dr. Manhattan, uncertainty must be the most precious thing going. The melancholy tone suits, and there's a kind of sad integrity in John's decision to eventually die rather than Ascend.

(Concrit: you might want to go over this again for typos, I noticed quite a few.)

You put it better than I could have, so I'm just jumping in here to agree wholeheartedly!

Thank you! I really had trouble with Watchmen for the idea that Manhattan could be outside of time, but also blocked by "tachions" or whatever, but I'm happy it turned into an asset here.

I checked again for typos and still found a few. Stuff always seems to slip by.

This was really cool. It was a very good idea to make Rodney Dr. Manhattan and write the story from his pov. And yay for giving them a happier ending than what they got in the novel, lol

I think you did an admirable job of staying true to the original story, but tailoring it perfectly for the SG 'verse.
