Descriptions:
Wildgirl (aka Ernestine Pope): She is stronger, faster, and more agile than a normal human. Her style largely mimics Tarzan's - even though the flimsy clothes look better on her (or so she thinks). She is young and has a small stature. Her hair is long, straight and deep black - a trait inherited from her Japanese grandmother.
Ace of Diamonds (aka Terry Jacobs): A gambler from Las Vegas, who had to escape the town because he had “won too much” at the casinos. Terry is a man in his mid forties, with greying brown hair and usually wearing a wrinkled suit. He likes to look suave, but right now, he has fallen on bad times - even though he does his best. “Ace of Diamonds” is not actually an alias, but a nickname that he earned in Vegas. Terry has the instinctive power of probability control or, in layman's terms, he is always, without even trying to be, incredibly lucky.
The Winter King (aka Ulysses F. Jones): Ulysses Jones (30, Afro-american, athletic) was a researcher for the Pine City University's climate research department. On a trip to McMurdo station in Antarctica, he was murdered by a co-worker. Well, as far as the general public knows, he merely disappeared for a day, before returning - tired, thirsty, and horribly frost-bitten - to the station. But during the hours in the ice, Jones had changed. His touch and breath freeze anything they come in contact with. He took revenge on his murderer once the team had returned to the USA. The man's body has yet to thaw out of the glacier the Winter King stuffed him into. But this revenge, shook him up. He has killed a man in cold blood, and has decided that he will never do it again. His nightmare's of the man begging him for his life, have driven Jones to using his powers for good deeds now. He gets along well with his fellow heroes, likes kids and doesn't feel bad about using his powers for mundane things (Iced coke, anyone?). But he lives in continuous worry that his less than pretty origin might came to light one day.
As you can see in the list above, I also entered two heroes I had already created for a short story once. This is because I hope that we will use this list for some writing sometime in the future - as I would like to write about them again. I hope you don't mind.
I also really liked the bio poem task from yesterday, so I wrote to more for the two heroes that I didn't invent for today's task. Maybe this'll warrant their inclusion in my list. :-)

This was lots of fun - and, yes, I am up early today.
As you probably remember, today is the day I am going to France. I'll leave at noon, and if everything goes well, I'll be back on Friday morning.
lillythliel is going to take over the calendar for that time (i.e. checking who has posted on time). Thank you again for that, Lilly. :-)
