Anyone a Personal Injury Lawyer in NJ?
So I hurt my arm, shoulder...I was carrying a expandable breifcase with too many case files to the courthouse from work. Work (State of NJ) does not provide rolling carts for us and so I heaved it over my shoulder in the bag I had. I carried this bag last on Tues. Morning and Wednesday, I was like ouch...I need to tell the AA...I knew I had three days to report to get SLI. Thursday I was out of the office in a Training and Friday I reported it to the AA. So...there is my three days. I then find out the following Friday, via a phone call from me to Trenton that they are declining my SLI...because I didn't report it in 24 hours. What's the deal...doesn't the statue say 5 days for SLI? Can I get my SLI? Help me Lawyers...
