Androids Don't Dream of Electric Sheep

I didn't do much in my fencing class today because my ankle is still injured. I like how everyone was trying to tell me how to fence better and they sucked. When it comes to crossing swords I'm going to pwn them with my 1337 swashbuckling and ripostes and fleches and whatever.

I sat out for most of Ultimate Frisbee as well. But, as much as I sucked, I still participated as much as I could. And I actually scored a point. Oh yeah, that's right, the one limping around got a point! So I don't feel so bad about not being able to play too well.

Oct 13th is my dad's birthday, so we went to Tasty Thai, which has usually been quite tasty in previous visits. This time everyone's food was a bit too salty. My pad thai wasn't anything special. My dad got a birthday flan... yeah, that's right, that's much cooler than a birthday cake.

I was supposed to go to an OSPIRG meeting at school @ 4p, but my dad's birthday celebration went on a bit longer because he had to return his soup because it was too salty. I think the cook had a faulty salt shaker, the lid must have kept coming off.
Faulty & salty.

Later I went to the library to read GTO #14 (which was finally available). Macy showed up and we hung out a bit. Jess dropped by and introduced me to Cat (Kat?), Adam, Elise, and TJ... wait, I had already met TJ. They're pretty hip cats and they went off to see Assassins, which I could only gather was some kind of theatrical performance, or perhaps an underground ring of hitmen. I finished GTO #14... #15, here I come.
I picked up Helsing #1, just because I could. Something about a story of monster hunters just can't be anything but fun.

I came home and took glucosomine sulfate for my ankle, had some bread & tea to counter the taste of it.
