Good things

• Sam is using a litterbox, mostly
  
• The association is finally starting on reconstructing the common area plumbing
  

Bad things

• The pilot light won't re-light
  
• There's a crack all the way across the windshield
  
• The house is still in total disorder
  
• I haven't been sleeping
  
• Called my father on his birthday, left two messages, still haven't heard back
  

So bad outnumbers good. Really, though, I'm still counting it the win column.
