Yup. Those are nuclear cooling plant towers. The "greenhouse gasses" pouring out of them are H20 molecules -- pure steam. Congrats, BBC, you've just implied that one of the cleanest, greenest forms of power available is as polluting as a coal plant because it release clouds of water into the air.
