Finally......

The end is near. All I have to do is show up for a test and manage not to completely screw it up (aka fail so bad I drop below a 77% on my average, damn near impossible).

I'll maintain magna cum laude (high honors) even if I end up with a C in the course, yay. I think this is a testament to my theory that Tech runs about .5 grade points lower than other "typical" schools. In ASU's case I think the gap may be greater, but at least the College of Nursing is about the .5 mark.

Moving from shitty apartment to a less shitty house. It remains to be seen if the neighborhood is worth a damn, but at least it's not a barrio.

Neuro ICU should be interesting. I've already had over 180 man hours on the floor there. This should help. Looking forward to getting paid for once.

Trip to NM, primarily Albuquerque, is planned for the 29th through 1st of June. Kid won't be with me this trip, my turn to catch a break. Gaming is plan in Albuquerque.

I'm off the MMO's (read WoW) for a bit. Game is way messed up now. Perhaps after the new expansion happens I'll jump back on, but right now I'm extremely disappointed in the game. However, thanks to the Wii/Nintendo I have plenty of entertainment in the gaming world. I found a Birth of the Federation fansite that has updates and patches so maybe I'll get into doing that again. Still the best turn based strategy game out there.

I may even find people to board game with (again). Lost my crowd here when the last game store packed it up. The "new" one had a lousy environment, too much pokemon and MtG for my tastes.

I'll probably pick more SCA stuff up on the near future since I'll actually have time for it. Likely won't do much until I'm off training (sometime in August). Since I'll be licensed soon I may volunteer for chirogen, but I'm not sure what kinds of rules they have for such things (SCA, and incidentally the State of Arizona). My emergency medicine could be stronger, but in the end sometimes having a piece of paper is more the point.
