Theme identification

I've been trying to find a particular movie theme for a while now. I can hear it in my head (the main thumpy-thump part) quite clearly. However, I really cannot sing the music accurately enough to be able to convey the main tune. I also cannot for the life of me remember WHICH movie it came from. I think maybe a sports movie? It's a very heroic "this is where the victory is" theme, has a running triplet fanfare-ish sound to it. The brass are playing kinda bell-tone-ish with rumbly tympani background.

There was a commercial that used this theme a couple of months back, and I TOLD myself to remember what company it was for so I could look up the theme. Surprise, surprise, I forgot it about five minutes later.

This is soooo frustrating. I'd really like to find the theme, but it's obscure enough to be used only occasionally, and I cannot remember what movie the music originated from. (And I've heard a LOT of movie music, it's one of my favorite genres.)

Argh?

EDIT: Yeah, yeah, three years later - it's the theme from the movie "Rudy" FINALLY.

brain block, music
