Cat update
Sarge is home. Basically, his urine is too concentrated, so he's been prescribed an all wet food diet. I'm also to add water to the canned food whenever possible to get more liquid into his diet.
Sarge *loves* it. He loves wet food.
He's also been put on two types of meds. A temporary urinary tract relaxant/analgesic and an anti-anxiety. Good thing this cat is super-easy to pill. One can be sprinkled on his food, the other (half-pill) can be hidden in a spoontip-full of baby food and he snarfs it right down.
So, let's hope this helps eliminate Sarge's, ah, elimination problems!
