Anger Management
This afternoon was quite odd. After being unable to focus for several hours, I resorted to my fool-proof focus method: the punching bag. What better place to work out distractions? Midway through the workout I began wondering what someone would think if they looked in the window and happened to catch a glimpse of me, clad in a "Stop the Genocide in the Sudan" t-shirt and yellow smiley face boxer shorts. I'm flailing my hands (encased in boxing gloves) at a punching bag to the sounds of Marilyn Manson. In addition to this, I'm wearing my "computer nerd glasses." I wonder what they would think if they watched me run outside after my 20 minutes of anger management and throw myself on the lawn, rolling down a rain-soaked hill to cool off. I think they would think I am insane.
