-deep breath-

I’m not going to finish SOL.

I have no motivation for it and I’ll doubt that’ll change, considering how quiet LJ is. I’m rewriting it over on tumblr, and maybe I’ll finish that, and maybe I won’t. But my heart isn’t in version one anymore.
To be honest, I hadn’t planned much except a vague plot for this generation and the ending.
Yas was going to have some fun with the STEM training and become a UTI agent. She was going to have some missions, one of which included infiltrating the Esmaretto’s (the American crime syndicate that killed Brit’s mother) to get evidence of wrongdoing, and would lead to some arrests in the family. She would then graduate and become a full time agent.
One of her missions as an agent was to stop a thief stealing paintings that were going to be on display at SAS, the supernatural ambassador society that has been briefly mentioned in the past. Her and her partner, Mickey, were going to stake it out from a cafe opposite and get a game plan. Meanwhile, Yas is being flirted with by a barista, Sas. She doesn’t make the link since SAS is referred to as the ambassador’s building.
Anyway, when he steals the paintings successfully, he leaves her a message at the cafe and Yasmin smacks herself for her idiocy and tries to track him down. A bit of romance ensues.
Out of the blue, Yasmin is called by him. He is scared and doesn’t know what else to do. The Esmaretto’s did some dealings with him and he pissed them off. The Council rush into help (given that they can get Sas to give evidence against the family for saving him) and they find him alone, in a warehouse. They had been using him to experiment new drugs for supernaturals - something that hasn’t been done before, and since the drug industry is massive, this is worrying. Supernaturals on drugs? No thanks.
They put him through rehab and he works closely with Yas, but the actual case is handled by more experienced agents. They fall in love, yadda yadda, have triplets, and then somewhere along the line Yas trips up and the Esmaretto’s realise it was her who put some of their closest in jail, and kill her.
Her triplets grow up with Sas being  a good, strong dad. Two of the triplets want to take the Esmeratto’s down but they bite off more than they can chew. One of the triplets is killed; the other two goes into hiding.
One of the surviving triplets at this point has a husband and is expecting a child. They know that they aren’t going to be safe from the Esmeratto’s so undergo a massive appearance change, name change etc and become unrecognisable. They decide to put their son up for adoption and call him William, as a homage to their old name.
The last chapter ends with Quinn adopting William. He receives one postcard from the two triplets that acknowledges him doing this, and thanks him, and says goodbye.
And that was how the legacy was going to end, leaving the possibility open for William to have a story of his own, if I wanted to.

I did write one more chapter but have no motivation for pictures. I might put that up and write a summary chapter so that I can end the legacy quickly, instead of leaving it hanging? Essentially Yas would decide not to become an agent once she is an adult, after one of her missions goes wrong. She would settle down with some nice dude and change her name, hence ending the  legacy.
I feel sad about this, but I can’t dedicate the time or energy to do something that I’m not really invested in (I didn’t write Yas long enough to feel attached to her tbh). It doesn’t help that the series I based this generation on is giving me some serious heartache, since I’ve been rereading it this holiday and the nostalgia from my teen years is overwhelming. I found out that there’s going to be one final book in June and it made me sad, so xD I don’t want to write about something set in what is effectively the same universe as something causing my heart to hurt L
Sorry chaps. I hope you understand. I might post the chapter and then have that quick ending just so I can have some closure but idk, idk. I have too many sims projects and my own writing needs to come first.

Tell me what you think, if anyone is alive...?
