"Seepferdchen (Sea Horse)
Today I am really a proud mother. Okay I am every day a proud mother but today is a special day: My son passed his first swimming test. It's called "Seepferdchen" in Germany and he had to jump into the water, swim 25 metres and dive for a ring. Diving is his specialty but with swimming he had his difficulties. I didn't know that the swimming instructor would make this test with him today. I thought he should adapt to the big pool and learn to swim without his mother nearby. So I was very surprised when he suddenly swam across the whole pool without hesitation and problems. It was great. Now he has his "badge" with not even five years.
