godess_jessie gave me five words which she associates with me and I had to write something about it. So please enjoy:

1. 
   Cal: Well thanks, should have known that this name would come. *gg* What should I say? I am very glad that I trusted in some people who recommended some CKR films cause the first films I saw swept me from my feet immediately. It was not his look or appearance, it was the acting talent which impressed me at first - honestly.
   Thereby I came to know some like-minded persons on the internet and all the places where people can share their enthuiasm, play their fannish roles, talk and have fun. So it is not about fandom anymore but about the community I join thus and the experiences I made with completely different and interesting people.
   Okay, and after all I had to admit: I love watching his pictures.
   
2. 
   BSG: It wasn't love on first sight. My husband convinced me to watch it after he saw the miniseries. So I started with „33“ which is still one of the best episodes imho but I couldn't like the persons and the whole situation. There was nobody to identify with. After „Flesh & Bone“ I almost stopped watching cause I hated this violence and especially the airlock scene. And not because of Leoben! CKR was a blank page back then for me.
   But somehow I was addicted though and started again to watch. I think it is one of the best series I have ever seen in my life. It is so dark, intense, surprising and deep. I can't remember a show which occupies my mind more than BSG. I'm gonna miss all the speculations and discussions when it is over soon.
   
3. 
   Pretties: Upps, what do you wanna know? My taste in men? What I find pretty? Difficult to say cause the appearance is subordinate for me. It is a certain presence which attracts me, not a hair colour or a body mass index. And when this presence pleased me I love also the look. Usually I like very self confident and sovereign people, not to smooth. Humor and intelligence are sexy and so is a certain sparkle in the eye. And I am totally into hand- and arm!porn. gg But I won't say any names, sorry.
   
   
4. 
   Germany: That's a difficult one too. I am born in Germany and basically I like it here. The landscape is not very spectacular but varied and beautiful. I can mostly accept the German way of living and basic ethical principles. Though I have no nationalistic tendencies at all. I only feel a certain allegiance to the city I live where the people are very grounded and normal but loyal, friendly and larking when you gain their trust.
   All in all country's frontiers are manmade, aren't they?
   By the way didn't they say all Germans are so correct, orderly and blond? Well, I am not.
   
5. 
   Art: Art is primarily graphic and visuell for me like painting or drawing. And in this I am completely untalented. The drawings of my five year old son are better than mine. But I envie all artists. I am very interested in history of civilization, so I like reading illustrated books and going to museums.
   I came in contact with fanart for the first time when I hang out at the „Lord of the rings“-fandom. It was quite a fascinating experience. Some CKR-fans who made great fanwork encouraged me to try it on my own a few month ago. It was a big challenge for me, but I did it and now I have so much pleasure in doing it that I can't stop anymore. It is a complete different way of being creative and the motives are ...yeah..very fannish...but every step to the finished image is well thought-out and purposely made. And I am keen on feedback!
