Touya stared at the state of his motorbike. He stared at the dusty bodywork, the broken right-hand mirror, the loose stand, and then raised his eyebrows at Yukito's own state--all covered in dust and scratches. "What happened?"
Actually, he didn't need to ask--he could just see the result of one ride had had in store for Yukito.
"I wasn't too careful. The other me thought it was cool and we--I--switched on and off," Yukito rambled, his head lowered in shame. "I took a wrong turn--and well, I almost ran over a cat."
"C'me here." Touya grasped his wrist and tugged him into the house, leaving the motorbike outside. Once inside, Touya made Yukito sit, while he took out the first-aid kit from the medication cabinet in the kitchen.
"Be more careful next time," Touya murmured as he tended the scratches, cleaning the wounds with care and pasted the adhesives. "That includes Yue as well."
"I'm sorry about your motorbike, To-ya," Yukito said forlornly when Touya finished patching him up. "I'll pay for all the damages."
His friend gave him one long, blank look and pulled him forward for a kiss.
"You can start paying me back right now," Touya said with a faint smirk.
