The ongoing chronicles of White Wolf Unmoderated...

Dec 29, 2004 11:41

So, I've been RPing on WW Unmod again for the past few months. I've been running two ongoing chronicles seperate of one another, and being as I'm all proud of what I've accomplished so far, I'm going to post the happenings on here.

Chronicle 1
Character(s) played by me:
-Rico Ala Hasta DeLatoya, Toreador Antitribu, Cult Leader
-Tyrel Devlin, Toreador, Former Prince, Theatre Owner
-Emma Baker, Ghoul, Unfortunate prize in the game
Character(s) played by others:
-Ravenna Morton, Mortal, Self-styled guardian of Emma

See, in this little passion play, Tyrel and Emma have a history as lovers. It was to he that she was ghouled for a great many years. Their love, reinforced with the Bonding of Blood, made for a rapturous bliss between them. Of course, Rico, being the bastardo that he is, could not allow his rival such satisfaction. And so, with Tremere allies of his, he kidnapped Emma and removed the Blood Bond between her and Tyrel. Further, he went about screwing with her head to the point where she doesn't know if she can trust, or love, Devlin anymore. Naturally, Devlin was scarred by this. So, Emma escaped from Rico somehow, and found her way to a bar. ((That's what the room was called... "a bar")) There, she met up with Ravenna and her posse. Rico strode in shortly thereafter, and after a brief war of words, left without Emma, leaving her to her new protectors. Upon his departure, Ravenna extended the greatly generous offer for Emma to stay at her place, that she might further protect her. Emma accepted.
Then, later, Ravenna came across Rico on the boardwalk, and they had a brief conversation before retiring to his vehicle to extrapolate a bit on information he had regarding the situation the Ravenna was as yet unaware of. Speaking honeyed words with a silver tongue, he did not diminish Ravenna's distrust in him... but such was not his intention. Instead, he gave her Devlin's name, as well as the enigmatic information that Devlin wanted "something to do with her bloodline." Naturally, this was not a lie, but it couldn't have been further from the truth. So, Ravenna went on her way, determined to confront the Devil himself, Tyrel.
She found him in the White Rose Theatre, his theatre complex downtown. After a brief exchange, she swiftly grew to trust him, as he spoke words of loving Emma, and actually let his guard down... or so it seemed. Ravenna trusts Devlin implicitly, even if she doesn't admit it. Now, she is determined to keep the devil Rico away, and reunite the lost lovers, that they might once again be happy. But of course, DeLatoya cannot allow such transgressions to go unpunished...

Chronicle 2
Character(s) played by me:
-Angst Nemurukusi, Expatriate of House Gwydion, Emissary of General Jason White
Character(s) played by others:
-Lotus Nymph, Satyr Grump, Old, Hates Sidhe with a passion
-Joseph Paine, Satyr Grump, Lord of the Skylight Cabaret ((A Commoner Freehold)), was Alcaeus, the hero of Brooklyn Bridge, in his past life

This one is by and far different from the previous one. Angst has been sent on a mission from everyone's favorite Redcap, General Jason White of the Commoner Free State. It is his directive to rally Commoner support in the lands to the south, ((read- Necropolis)) in the hopes that they can create a large enough alliance of Commoners to demand a seat on the Senate of Dreams.
So, the first one Angst talked to was Lotus. Lotus was less than cordial with Angst as they talked in a back alley to which Lotus had been traced. See, though he has no real title, Lotus has pull with the local Kithain. So, Angst explains his mission to Lotus, and is coldly rebuffed. Then, after telling Nymph of General White's greatness, ((A bizarre thing to hear a Sidhe singing the praises of a Redcap)) Angst was able to play at the heartstrings of the passionate Satyrs' soul. He'd consider the situation.
Lotus directed Angst to the Skylight Cabaret, the local Commoner Freehold in the area. Angst went and quickly ferreted out Joseph, seeking council. Once again, Angst explained his mission. Joseph was a great deal more genteel and courtious than Lotus, but decidedly less receptive. He had his people to think about, after all, and so didn't want to involve them in any bloodshed. As Angst could not garauntee a bloodless conflict, Joseph could not readily give him a reply. He said he would consider it, however... We have yet to see how far that will go...

So yeah, that's what I've been up to lately. I'm such a fucking geek.
