Now I have a dream

Without you I had no dream. No goal. Nothing out there that inspired me and gave me true hope for my future. I remember being fourteen years old and constantly hearing how much of a boy wonder you were and I want to meet you, to see you, to know you in general. I remember meeting you a times and talking to you and how somehoe, despite how important you were to so many people, I felt like I was the only person in the world when you talked to me. Everytime I saw you, I saw a real person, a friend I could conect to if I ever had the chance. Everytime I heard about you I saw you as an idol. I looked to follow in your footsteps and try someday to be what you are. Most people have a hero, who has paved the way and has been an innovator in whatever they did. You were no different...just a little younger. You paved the way not only for me, but for everyone in your life you had touched. You were truly my hero.
