The Foodening + Holidays
The Foodening (Thanksgiving) was deliciously wonderful for me. My mom came to visit me for a few days and we made lots of food :D We did go to Downtown disney for a day for dinner at T-REX (omgepicchickensandwichwithbarbecuerancesaucedroooool), then walked around the shops. My mom drank one of those huge ass drinks from 'Rex, so she was a little tipsy on....uh...Pixie Dust? I'm not sure if that was the funniest part of her stay, or when Kitty FELL into the sour cream XD (Oh god, he was mad for hours licking himself off.)
For the holidays, I've decided that I'm just not putting up the tree this year. :/ Because really, what's the point? No one is coming to visit me, and I have nothing to put under it but sleeping cats (and they can sleep elsewhere). There's no point in dragging out the tree, only for me to take it down alone after christmas in a few weeks.
Stupid stupid foodstamp people also decided to cut back more on what they give me a month. Because, you know, I wasn't using every last cent. Thanks. No, they decided that since my mother was being gracious enough to put money into my account to pay for my medical supplies, that they were going to count that as "unearned income". Fucking jerks.
Still nothing on the job front :C I've been seriously looking, but its so hard for me to find anything that I can do with carpal tunnel, and also be flexible with my diabetic needs.
