I can't say that I know very much about fairies! Once I wrote a really bad fairie fanfiction I think, but it is hidden now and no-one will ever look upon it again. It is my shame.
I have some ideas for the Sergio/Cesc AU of AU thing--haha oh wow. Do you have an interest in it being a coda sort of thing for the real universe, or like, an alternate where the characters are the same, but Cesc and Sergio are together instead of Iker and Cesc? ...What I'm really asking is, do you want sex in it? Because the former wouldn't have it, but the latter would. I'm totally up for and honestly excited about writing either.
I woullld wriiite sexxx. And now I can spend Greek tomorrow thinking about how the Sergio/Cesc dynamic would be different than the Iker/Cesc dynamic. It's all very exciting. +10 laughing & groping.

Wow I really can't think of anything. But I'm a sucker for anything supernatural/fantasy-esque so anything you can think of will be fabulous.
