This, my friend, is a Confetti Canon. I'm not positive if it can shoot anything else...but I suppose it possibly could. It's made for the confetti though.

[Koharu is trailing out of the post office clutching a rifle to her chest and happens to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. She is thoroughly startled by the loud noise and equally startled to find her hair suddenly full of bits of confetti and she just then realizes what the woman said before]

...Um. Why do you need a cannon full of confetti? [Carefully picking bits of it out of her hair]
