So, today we had a family thing, which. Well.
Most of the day I was distracted; had to make a dip to take, so shopping/making it/etc, but... twitchy about it? Yeah. Not the best day, Iono why. So I didn't really get much done, which, annoying, but what can you do.
Anyway, we went, it was actually pretty fun - until the little cousins started acting up, over [tired/excited/sugared], and were loud and shrieky and mean to each other. And super, super annoying. I want to strangle R a lot, because WOW THE BOSSIEST seriously shut the fuck up you are not king of the world. (R is disturbingly starting to remind me of Sibling, recently. This is very much not a good thing*.) And B... well, B has high-pitched run at the mouth syndrome about things that are supposed to be jokes but really aren't funny after the first five minutes, and ARGH CALM THE FUCK DOWN FOR SERIOUS YOU ARE BEING ANNOYING. Not that being told that (though of course not quite that bluntly you just don't do things in my family) actually stops it. /o\
Luckily I brought my knitting and got a few rows done, but oh hai mental exhaustion I totally needed you today. So I did a single manga page, which is a giant enormous cop-out but at least it's not nothing, and I did some crochet [7/122] (nowhere near enough brains for the pattern in the knitting right now) while watching the 11th DC movie. Got through the first half - I have no idea why some of the movies have been divided into two files, even in torrents - and despite the fact that it looks like THIS one is the pirate one, finally, cannot be fucked watching the second half right now.
Mental exhaustion, I hates you. Bed now. Yes.
*By the way, am I being overly sensitive when I say that if Sibling keeps saying shit that is, honestly, demeaning and/or offensive, then whether or not Sibling ~believes~ it that is being an asshole, even if it's supposed to be funny? Also that I firmly believe that the fact that Sibing says. it. continually., both in 'joking' and serious situations means that actually? Complete asshole, do not pass go, do not collect $200.
Mama says I get offended too easily and 'rise to the bait', but. I'm skeptical.
