Games! \o/
Yeah, that's... pretty much been my day. |D More Chocobo Tales - crack, seriously, and did I mention it has a card game? - for a bit, but mostly PS3 stuff, because I don't get the chance all that often.
Started Assassin's Creed, first, and. Well, the gameplay's not bad! But uh. Altir, I think? The MC, anyway. Is just so abhorrent I really didn't feel like I wanted to subject myself to more of that. =/ Which is kind of a shame; I hear so many good things about the series, after all.
So then I played Katamari! |D Kind of fail at it a lot - well, I did pretty well on the first few levels, but yeah, mainly fail, with a hell of a lot of scores less than 30. ¬¬;; BUT IT'S AWESOME CRACK, so uh. Yeah. Playing more means more skill, right? Right. >:
I also watched Robin Hood (Disney cartoon version) at lunch, which was... well, interesting, I guess? Kinda cute. I did like how the endgame wasn't about rescuing the princess at all! Also at the start Prince John and Hiss have pretty much the same conversation that Scar and Zazu do in the Lion King (Never, ever mention that name in my presence!), which was kind of hilarious.
And I watched some Mushishi with dinner! \o/ Mushishiiii~ I really do like it; it's different to pretty much everything else I've watched. (...though I guess the xxxHolic anime could've taken a similar tack. Watanuki's a bit too FLAIL!!! for it to work properly, but given the fail of the anime, they might have made it stand out...) (Or just a Yuuko-centric spinoff. Miniseries, maybe; she could carry it, and while she'd not much like Ginko, she could also... fit into the world in the same tone? If that makes sense.)
Also A totally stood me up. =/ So that bit of today kind of sucked a whole lot. *sighs* (She has a phone! She talks to me on it long enough, most days! And then nothing, with situations like this. :| Rude!)
