In case any of you didn't know, there is an option to get a Sponsored Account. With that you can have 30 userpics and you'll be able to edit your comments.The downside is that your journal layout is changed to that of the brand you've chosen, but most of us don't use our characters' journals, anyway.
Directions:
First, go to 'Account', then go to the 'Display' tab, scroll down and click the box that says 'Opt me into services originally developed for the Cyrillic users'. Then go back to 'Account' and you'll see 'Account Level'. Click 'change', then 'Upgrade to Sponsored'. And just go from there.
