the government is paying me
i just got a brown envelope in the mail. i can tell gov't brown envelopes form regular brown envelopes.
i was assuming my income tax, turns out my parents havnt filed yet.
its a cheque for $59.25.
Its called a GST credit. it's purpose is to "help individuals and families with low and modest incomes offset all or part of the GST they pay."
all i can say is "sweet".
i dont know what im gonna do with this money. i kind of need summer-y clothes for co-op. i want yarn. i could start buying hair styling stuff. my cell phone bill is comming soon. i could just deposit it to rebuild part of the savings i have spent in the last little while.
any suggestions?
