I had a good weekend. Even though it was busy, it was really great. On Friday I went to Peoria with Saul and Matthew to see La Traviata at the Civic Center. We all enjoyed it...I loved the singing, and the mezzo and the soprano were both wonderful. It really made me want to be up on stage singing. I got some sweet Napoleon Dynamite stuff at Hot Topic, which made my day. :) Sunday I went with Linda and Matthew to see the Quincy Symphony, which was pretty good. So this week looks okay, and thankfully not too busy. The only thing I have to do tonite is go to the rec and work out with Rebecca and go to an MTNA meeting, so that shouldn't be too bad...I'm just looking forward to Wednesday nite because it's my one weeknite to relax and enjoy some wonderful $3 martinis with Rebecca, Jennifer and Brandon at Bootleggers. Then this weekend is Jennifer's birthday party..I think it's going to be a blast! I'm sure there will be some barhopping involved.
So it looks like I will once again be spending spring break in Chicago! I can't wait...going to see an opera and probably having dinner at MOD. And who knows what else we will do.
