bummed out
My mom called me today and told me that my weenie dog, Gordie, is hurting right now and it doesn't look good.
He has something wrong with his back (especially bad for weenies) and he's in a lot of pain. She said they're looking at doing a surgery, but the surgery won't be a cure-all solution to the problem. He'll be in recovery for a long time, if he does recover at all. So it looks like he's going to have to be put to sleep.
I'm really really bummed out about it because I've had him since I was 10 years old. He's always been my dog, everyone knows Gordie. He's not just a little dog, he's a big part of our family.
