Chris and I recently started doing Yoga (Ashtanga) on a regular basis, and it's one of the most awesome things I've ever done. I've been physically active in varying levels of intensity for most of my life, and this might be my favorite type of exercise ever. I don't think anything else has had such an immediate noticable effect on my body and my overall energy in general before. Also, I don't have to motivate or make myself go to class...I actually look forward to it, and want to go. And the fact that Chris loves it as much as me makes it that much better.
