Happy 17th Birthday Alana
Alana aka my punnany (LOL), I can't believe you're finally 17. Remember the first day of highschool? third period, grade 9; Ms. Palmieri's geography class. I sat at a desk behind you and my desk was broken. and you kept playing with it and it kept breaking. And I kept yelling at you because I didn't want to get in trouble and all you did was laugh. I remember that day like it was yesterday. And as time went by, we sat together at lunch, shared lunches, called each other, talked in classes, wrote notes, went to the mall, etc. I never thought I could ever be so close with someone. You've always been there for me. I've watched you grow from an immature girl to...well an even more immature girl. LOL. But trust me, there is not one thing I'd ever change about you. You've been the one to get me through my sleepless nights, to guide me when I've been lost, to listen to my endless boy stories and heartaches. I never feel left out with you. You always make sure I'm comfortable with the situation. You're one of the few people that I know I can call at any time and you will always be there to listen to me. You've helped me get through so much and I can honestly say I really don't know what I would do without you. If you ever need me, you know what to do. Cause our friendship is just understood like that, it's a bond. Everywhere I go with you is always an adventure. No matter where we go, I know it'll never be dull. That's why i can't wait until Europe! You deserve all the good there is in the world and I really hope you get everything. So on this day, Friday February 9th, 2007; you're 17th birthday, I hope that all your wishes come true. And I hope this year does it up for you. I love you always,

Today was too fun. Went to Alana's house around 10:30 and then bussed to Scarborough town. Took the Go Bus to Yorkdale and shopped madly. I got basically everything on my list.

...we shopped madly. Ate at Pickle Barrel and had the most jokes. I'll post the pictures up later! But it was TERRIFIC day with the best friend!
