Can I friend this journal to keep track of your updates?
Of course! You don't need to ask if you want to friend me...this journal IS public though so friending me isn't required to view the posts. I am not going to add anyone to my friends list though due to the fact that there is a limit to how many friends you can have on the list and I really don't see the point when I wont be using this journal for chit chat anyways :)
Do you require Credit for your graphics?
Yes, I do. Credit can be given through a number of ways - a resources post, a list in your user info, or through the actual pics keywords. I prefer to use the key word method (which you can learn how to do here if you don't already know how) but really I don't care how you credit just as long as it's there. YES I DO CHECK!
What if I've credited you as tynyxicons or tyger_fied
That's perfectly fine, as long as you credit me with some incarnation of my usernames past or present we're all good in the hood.
Can I edit your icons?
Nope. I put a lot of time and thought into my work and there is a certain look/feel a want my icons to have so editing negates everything I want to achieve with my icons.
There are exceptions to this rule...WHEN I am taking requests, you can have one personalized if you so wish. In addition to this there will be times when textless bases are posted; these will be clearly labeled and this is the ONLY time editing textless icons is allowed. I still need credit for any bases that are altered. Just because they are bases doesn't mean I haven't spend time preparing them for use.
Can I host your icons on my fan/graphic/personal site?
Yes, provided you link back to this journal and the appropriate credit is given. It would be nice if you'd let me know you're going to host them as well.
Do you take requests?
Yes and no. At the moment I am not taking any requests due to the fact that I just don't have time. I have taken requests in the past and will again in the future.
Can I affiliate my icon journal with yours?"
Yes, I do plan on making some buttons of affiliation in the future for use for other journals...at which time you will be required to display in you user info, but for the time being as long as you link back to me in some way it's perfectly fine. If you want me to affiliate back please let me know as I don't always assume people want me to list them as affiliates.
Can I nominate your icons at award communities?
Yes please do! The only thing I ask is that you let me know you are doing so.
What Programs do you use?
I'm a Photoshop gal so depending on what computer I'm on I use either Photoshop CS or CS2 as well as Image Ready CS or CS2
What fonts do you use?
At present I can answer this question for you if you just comment
but I am working on a Font Guide but I don't know when exactly it will be up. I will update this once I have it running :)
Where did you get the brush/texture/gradient/pattern/screen cap you use for that icon?
All resources can be found in the Resources section of my memories. There I have listed resources from others and ones I provide myself and it is a constantly updating list as I'm constantly finding new things to use in the icons so check it frequently.
Aside from icons, what else do you provide?
In addition to my icons I provide:
- screencaps and hi-res images
- brushes
- textures
- patterns
- gradients
- mood themes
- layouts
- banners
- headers
- wallpaper
- blends

You can support my journal through two ways
* You can provide webspace for my galleries (which in turn you can also use the images)

* You can visit my support page (a link has been provided in the side bar on the recent entries page) and make a donation (amount of your chosing)which will go towards webspace and commercial fonts for my graphics.
What's the benefit of supporting your journal?
If you chose to support my journal through either of the methods listed above...you will be placed on a filter that will give you access to otherwise exclusive downloads. These downloads are not available to the general public.

Due to the fact that I do have a life off of LJ I dont have time to answer ALL your questions thats why I made the FAQ. It's not because I'm trying to be rude or anything it's just that I just dont have the time most days. I will try to be as considerate possible and answer all that I can but please be understanding with me.
Why have I been banned from commenting/viewing your journal?
It's quite simple...you didnt follow the rules. I generally give people two chances to obide my requirements but once those two chances are used up...I give you the boot :)
