Mom's still in the hospital. We thought maybe she could come home yesterday, but her blood is apparently not thinning out enough for them to be comfortable letting her go home. The blood in her legs seems to be much thicker than the blood anywhere else. She was recently placed on a hormone replacement therapy regiment to treat osteoperosis and that coupled with being on her feet constantly may be the culprit but none of the doctors will give us much of an answer. Honestly, I am not pleased with my mother's care at the moment. The nurses on her floor suck ( only taking her vitals once in 24 hours yesterday, and I saw one nurse write them on a NAPKIN).
