If someone offered you a chance to have a Cellular Phone, the size of a micro-dot, complete with free service for a year, free installation and full accredited information on it's safety to the human organism, That would be imbedded in two parts under the skin, one near the ear and one near the throat...

If someone offered you a set of extreme high resolution cameras with full spectrum capabilities, camera capabilities and nearly indistinguishable from a normal eye, would you have them installed?
