So today we encountered a new breed of customer. He seems to be an upgraded, more powerful version of a previous customer type. Sort of like a pokemon, but a little less annoying but more headache inducing.

We call him, the "Oh my god you're a cheap bastard!" cheap bastard customer. This gentleman shipped something from our store a few days ago, via someone else's corporate shipping account. For the uninitiate, this means he did not pay anything.

All shipments from our store via UPS are guaranteed, which means if you ship something and it does not arrive on time, you get your money back. His package did not arrive on time, and so he is demanding a refund of the shipping costs he did not pay for. Our initial reaction was that he could go home and be amorous with himself, but he is insisting that it was somehow our fault, and thus we should give him his money back. Even though he didn't actually pay any money.
