(no subject)
I am really bad at keeping up with livejournal...
The summer has ended with jetskiing and boating activities the last sets of weekends...I may not be an "outdoorsy-person" per se, but I really think I am a "water-person." After this summer I appreciate West Michigan a lot more, and being near the lake. Course the jetskiing was in Detroit...turns out there is this island by one of the metro parks that I didn't know existed where all these people hang out with their watercraft (hence me not knowing it existed as I do not personally own any watercraft)... that was pretty cool so I guess I underestimate Detroit too. I will need to start finding reasons to enjoy Michigan in the winter because I hate the winter...Maybe I will take up downhill skiing this winter ( I have only tried it once)...
I am moving October first to an apartment (two bedroom-two bathroom-washer dryer, no smell of cat pee and air conditioning, YAY!!!!) with a friend, just south of Grand Rapids...a house-warming soiree perhaps is in order...
Also in order will be a ceremonial book-burning of Barron's How to Prepare for the GRE 15th Edition tommorow night...
Anyone want to see the show "Chicago" in Chicago?
