oh totally... some of it is kinda complicated... but mostly it's a 7 day- fruit (apple, pear, oranges especially), veg (leafy-greans, brocoli, carots, garlic, onion, artichoke-hearts, celery...), nuts (raw), oats (oatmeal if you get too hungry), and special suppliments... flaxseed, flaxseed oils, spirulina,... and some other herbs and spices cinnamon, parsely, cumin, ginger... and dandilion tea... (or caffine-free herbal teas) it's also important to NOT eat/drink things like: coffee, caffinated teas, sugars or sweeteners (even honey if you eat it), gluten (breads, pastas, white rice, some grains), and any extra fats like in margerine, fried foods and DEFINATELY nothing hydrogenated....
after the 7 days you fast for one day, while drinking water and pure cranberry juice (no sugar added) alternating between the two every hour or so...
Then the next 3 days you repeat the week diet above,to properly detox/cleanse, and not to shock your system back into harsh foods.
