Bruce Almighty
Alright i know its been a couple of weeks on my reviews...sorry :)
Just got done seeing Bruce Almighty the new Jim Carrey flick. Very funny i would say one of his best movies. It wasnt all funny it did have a pretty good story. If your going into it thinking all funny and no story u will be disappointed...its not drop dead laughing funny but it does have its moments. Morgan Freeman was a good god and Jim was also. And how bout my spoiler info for Matrix Reloaded :) well there isnt to much to say. According to all the press over the Matrix everyone has seen it. It came in 2nd this week to Bruce Almighty but it still is ravaging the box office. Totals have it over 209mil in 2 weeks. Granted it is only the second fastest to reach that marker...damn the Spiderman! oh welll i saw Bruce's totals over the 4 days and it is the second largest selling movie over memorial day weekend 2nd to Jurassic Park Lost World of course... DAMN THE DINOSAURS!! i would like to see the people that come up with all these #'s and stats for movies like this 1

The new comedy also set a record for a non-sequel comedy, and it marks the best debut for star Jim Carrey, beating the Dr. Seuss's How the Grinch Stole Christmas $55.1 million three-day bow."
I mean come on do we really need to know all of this!! well i mean i like to read it but there are some people that want to know how much it made and that was it if even that. They want to know that its #1 at the box office it beat out Matrix WOO HOO!!! GO CARREY now that matrix and carrey is out no more news on Eddie and Daddy Daycare who is still putting up good #'s and X2.
So what do we have to look forward to the rest of the Summer u ask

i would say the next Potter movie but it got pushed back to June of next year

and i really dont know if u can count it as a sequel but it sounds good anyways Jason vs. Freddy lmao
the only new movies to look forward to that arent sequels i would pick is Finding Nemo, The Hulk, maybe The Italian Job, Wrong Turn, S.W.A.T, Gothika, The Cat and the Hat (Go Mike Meyers), Timeline, and as much as i hate to admit it The Last Samuari, and last but not least The Alamo
Some will ask why this movie wasnt on there and why i chose another...lol i'm just crazy like that i tried to list all the sequels i could think of i know i probably missed 1 somewhere. I've read some pretty good things about Gothika and Timeline if u get a chance to check online check those 2 out and as for why i put The Cat and the Hat up is i just want to see if Meyers is bigger than Austin Powers lol there are some sequels that i will drag my butt out to see of course the Last American Pie movie...might go see Scary Movie 3 just to see that DAMN SIMON FROM AMERICAN IDOL DIE!!! you'll have to read on the movie sites...lol and the other Matrix movie and LOTR. I'll let this year end before i start bashing on next year :)
If you do have any other movies u think look good this year that i dont have on here let me know i'll check it out or at least read about it. As for me i'm done for this evening next week we do have Finding Nemo and The Italian Job so i will be busy cause their both on my list.
