After creating condom art in sex ed, Tyler changed into workout clothes and went to the gym.
Only two days until the game. After some stretching and a few laps, he decided to work on his three-point throws, using
an exercise he found online.
He's getting ... well. Not all of them. But enough.
[OOC: Open.]
She'd never really spent much time in gyms, but she most of the people she knew who were adept with self defense did. So, Seras had decided that she'd better learn to use it.

"I'm Seras," she said, holding out her hand.

She gave a bit of a lopsided smile and nodded.
"Yeah. It's Latin or something. I've no clue what it means, though. My mother was an English teacher..."

He dribbled a few more times. "So are you also sort of new?"
Reply
"There's no sort of about it. I part of the batch who arrived for the summer workshops. You?"

He paused. "Oh, and I'm from Delaware and I don't have any cool powers. Unfortunately. You?"

Seras laughed.
"I'm from London...er in 1993. And...I know all the words to 'I am the Walrus'."

His eyes flicked over Seras. "So how weird is being in 2006 for you? I had another one from the 90's in the library yesterday trying to catch up."
Reply
"It's been a little strange. But, whenever I start to *really* think about just how strange it is, it rains pudding or something. And, jumping ten years into the future just seems par for the course," she cleared her throat, "So...you work in the library?"
Reply
He looked into the distance. "I do for the summer, anyhow. I had a little mishap the first week of camp and they decided being around the books would help me think about it, or something. I don't hate it. It's quiet."
Reply
"Quiet can be good. Especially around this place, I'd imagine. And...wait. Mummies?"
Reply
Reply
"Y'know...I'd always considered mummies to be the least frightening of all monsters. What with the unravelling bandages and the dust and the crumbling...But, I'm guessing that's not the case?"
Reply
His voice trailed off. "It was exciting, but I'm glad they're gone."
