Tyler wasn't making much progress on his lesson plan for the week; he had gotten dragooned into a tea party with a very demanding five-year-old

"Come in," Tyler said, in a voice that asked Tony to wait to give him crap for this. (Not giving him crap for this really wasn't an option.) "Estella's making tea for all of us."
Estella was, in fact, setting up two more paper cups to fill.
He froze up just a little when he realized Tony had a kid with him. "Who's your friend?"
That totally earned a snicker before Tyler could stop himself. "You and Steve? Things really are different in your world," he said, glancing over at his daughter. "I give you three guesses who Estella's mom is."
"And, one of the kid claiming to be yours? How many did you end up with, Tony?"
Tyler looked as if he very much wanted to make a comment but was holding back. "You didn't make Jarvis babysit the others, did you?" Because Tony was so clearly father of the year, here.
Estella had filled the paper cups, splashing only a little on herself, and was shoving one at James. "Hi! Have tea!"
"More to preserve Steve's sanity," Tyler guessed. If this was Tony's son, sex ed would prove useful sooner rather than later.
"I called Marla. She made me promise to take pictures." Which was about the extent of her maternal input, but it wasn't like Tyler expected more.
Estella chattered away at James, ignoring his sulkiness. "Do you want extra sugar in your tea? Tea is best with lots and lots of sugar. And after we drink tea we can play dress-up!"
James had been in the middle of holding up his cup to play along with the kid--because he was aoooo much older and mature-- when he turned to glare again. "It was an accident!"
"You didn't let me blow up any microwaves," Estella pouted. Not that she exactly wanted to, but she knew her father liked blowing things up and it was unfair for him to leave her out.
"Did you want to?" Tyler asked, diverted for a moment.
Estella considered this. "... it might be pretty!"
"It's yummy!" Estella informed him, standing (possibly even unintentionally) between him and the coffee pot and holding the cup up for him to take. The liquid inside was bright blue.
Tyler? Still just watching, though he did take a sympathetic sip from his own cup.
How did one react to that other than snickering. A lot.

But, he was his father's son and he dutifully sat down to appease the small and adorable girl. "Hi," He grumbled sulkily.
"They all ended up with their mothers," Tony replied. "Apparently I'm supposed to keep him from Steve's class to preserve the kid's sanity."

"No. I don't." Tony looked around for the coffee because he wasn't that good at this whole... kid thing.
